I am not sure what has happened to either this location specifically or Marco’s but our experience has slowly declined to the point where the food was inedible. We ordered 15 piece boneless wings and received only 2 wings actually had meat in them. On top of this, the breaded only nuggets are popcorn sized. To make things worse, when we opened the brownie dessert, not only did they leave a plastic fork on top of the melted chocolate, but they didn’t even put the 30 second effort in to cut it! Never ordering from here again and we are disgusted!

Placed Take out order from here. Pizzas tasted great. It didn’t disappoint at all. All pizzas come up with a sauce. I will definitely going to order from here in future. Staffs were very polite.

LOVE this place! Not sure what happened this time. My pizzas were smaller (as was the box) and cut into 16 tiny slices. So not what I ordered. 🙁

I placed an order for a cheese pizza at 4:38 p.m. for delivery to an address less than two miles away. The estimated delivery time was 5:08 p.m. When the pizza had not arrived by 5:14 p.m., I called the store and was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes. I hung up and called back but the call was answered and immediately disconnected.
I called again and spoke with the same individual, requesting to speak with a manager. He stated that he was the manager. I explained the situation, and he told me he could not assist because he was the only person working and had no control once the order was sent to DoorDash. He then ended the call.
The pizza was ultimately delivered at 5:58 p.m., nearly 50 minutes past the quoted delivery time. Had I known the delivery would take that long, I would have chosen to pick up the order instead.

I am a DoorDash driver and had a pickup order from this location. One of the staff members spoke to me in a very rude manner. I was told the order was not ready, waited about 10 minutes, then I was asked to show the order name. After showing it, the order was already prepared and sitting on the pickup shelf for a long time. This is unprofessional and needs management attention

I ordered a large pizza with old world sausage and pepperoni. I only received pepperoni. I called the store and the manager said I made that pizza and put sausage on it. If you see the picture, there is none. Then she said, “What would you like me to do about it.” Only order from here if you want attitudes and mistakes. They clearly need more training.

Just picked up my pizza and wings while on lunch from work. The guy working greeted me at the door and was very nice and professional. Absolutely the best pizza I took a bite out of. Good price with the special they are running right now. Great great great experience. Thanks!!

I’d like to start by saying I have been getting Marcos pizza from this location for the past 10+ years. For the past year or two I have come in to get a pizza practically every other day. They got all new employees and since then I have not had a single decent pizza. This is the only location of marcos that I have EVER been to where the pizza tastes and looks completely different than any other locations I have been to. As of around 10 minutes ago, this will be the last time I will ever go to this location unless something changes. The pizza I just got today had multiple pieces of hair on it. I have not received any refund for any of the 10-20 pizzas over the past couple years that I was not able to eat just because of how bad they were. Over the past year I have tried everything within the app (such as having it cooked well done, different crusts/thicknesses, toppings, sizes, etc) to try and see if the quality of pizza would match every other location but no matter what I do the pizza always turns out like garbage. I would like the owner of this store to contact me so I can either get a refund at the bare minimum for the pizza I just bought today.

Love the order tracker but it isn’t accurate, I walked in two minutes early while it still said my pizza was in “prep” and it was done. Also, I’ve had more cheese on a taco than what was on this “cheese” pizza.
