I live down the road from Howie T’s and have been watching these folks as what appears to be the new owners, paint, repave and work to open up. I’ve been wanting some GOOD wings for a while now but so hard to find! After a long day decided to not cook and after passing on my way home decided I was going check out their menu and get us some wings. So glad we did! Wings were perfectly cooked and seasoned perfectly too. We got the 30 count wings and loaded nachos. Nachos are handmade and not like restaurant/grocery store chips. Fresh grilled large pieces of chicken, 2 cheeses shredded and liquid cheese with FRESH toppings.
I read a few reviews that complained about the A/C and I get that but I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for food that’s good even if hot in there. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years and yes they absolutely have some organization and building improvements to make. But I’ve seen them make improvements before opening and since, and as a fellow small business owner just starting out, I completely understand that they will make more improvements as they financially progress. I’m interested in cleanliness, customer service and food quality and they met those expectations! Plus, an old small building like that with a kitchen is extremely hard to keep cool! The lady who answered the phone was very customer service friendly and politely answered my menu questions. Were they out of a few things? Yes but they let me know before ordering and I understand as a new business money is tight. It’s hard to determine what to order for inventory when your business isn’t consistent yet. So basically I want to say that everyone starts from nothing in order to be something my first impression is great customer service, great food and it was clean. Keep striving and we will be back more often!

The vibe is really nice. I came when I got off work. The staff was so welcoming when I came in! I ordered a 30 piece wing and fries! Food was freshly cooked to order. They had tv’s on and a place to sit down and eat. Once I received my order, I wouldn’t wait to try them! They were absolutely amazing!!! 10/10 I will be back!

Went there to get the pineapple rice dish. Which they just showed on TV13 the night before. Got there and they weren’t serving that. It was a special and they don’t serve it but every once in awhile. Bummer. Then I noticed they didn’t even show the health department grade. The staff dressed sloppy, even the place was sloppy looking. No air conditioner working.

Do not recommend this place! Staff was not welcoming and the lady that took our order just played on her phone when we first came in. They also did not have their food grade permit posted on the wall. All their lights were off and seemed to only have fans going no AC.

The food was really nasty the people was sloppy dressed the restaurant was nasty in general they didn’t have food graded permit on the wall I will not recommend eating there and I’m not going back it smells like straight tobacco where they smoke in the kitchen and around the food
