Restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and man did be pizza come fast. From order time to food in hand, it was maybe ten minutes. Absolutely nice enough to eat inside, can’t be free refills. Old World Pepperoni is a necessity, along with delicious cheesy bread.

Wow! I ordered the xl big cheese pizza with white sauce instead of red and added pepperoni. Literally the BEST pizza I’ve ever had in my life! Although they did forget to put the garlic sauce cups I ordered but tbh the big cheese pizza is so good, I didn’t even want to dip it! I also ordered the xl chicken florentine. That one isn’t bad, not a lot of flavor and I wish the tomatoes were diced instead of slices but I might consider ordering it again. I ordered both of them to be cooked well done, yours may look a little different. Although I don’t think the chicken florentine was cooked well done.
Oh and it’s definitely worth upgrading from large to the xl, you get 4 more slices for only $2 more. ‍♀️

One more thing, I am a Nurse but work door dash on the side & when I get orders for Marcos it’s done pretty quickly!

Walked in to the restaurant at 11:50 and immediately saw the chairs had not been taken off the tables and was not sure if they were even open . One table was dirty from either where a customer had eat or the staff. Ordered the pizza, noticed there was something that looked like food crumbs all around the register. Was not clean. I was trying to decide on our drinks and looked at the drink machine and there was only water in the drink machine and 1 soft drinks. Ask for 20 ounce and there was only about 4 different 20 Oz drinks mostly diet. As I was getting my ice ,noticed a moldy looking substance on the side where the ice comes out. That being said , the lady was courteous and the pizza was good and was done in a timely manner. We visit quiet often and was the worst we have seen in this restaurant. I usually don’t do reviews , but since we visit often thought you should know.

Second review: 12/13/21 Ordered a pizza from Marco’s last night at about 5:10 PM to be delivered by Grubhub. Called Marco’s around 6:30 PM and was told it left for delivery at 5:25 PM. Grubhub has no customer service number listed to check on their drivers. The delivery driver must have been hungry and couldn’t resist eating the pizza. And Marco’s didn’t offer to make any compensation, so we are out the cost of pizza, tax and the delivery charge. My advice is to order in or go pick it up.

Visited 7-24-19 about 6pm. This place was a disaster, dirty tables and nasty floor. The service was poor. Ordered a pie to go and waited….and waited…. went up to counter and the young lady said “oh, I forgot” and handed me a cold pizza that was half cooked. As I looked around there was no management present. All young folks, who didn’t seemed concerned about service or quality. Staff needs serious training, in my opinion, about quality control and not just throwing the pies together. Pie had very little flavor. Would gladly trade time waiting for a well made pie instead of speedy service and poor quality.

Ordered online. Website would not accept the HHMAG code for the discount on the Pepperoni Magnifico. Waiting on 2 pizzas. First ready and on the hot bar. Magnifico which I went ahead and ordered even though no coupon accepted, was supposed to be ready at 530. 600 pm still no pizza and several people complaining about discount code not working and lost pizza orders. Dude cutting pizzas with the Pabst blue ribbon hat, kept lifting it up and scratching his hair and head—no gloves. She refunded an elderly gentlemen’s large sausage but my order was not refunded. My other pizza had sat on hot bar for almost an hour. All in all a mess and we won’t be back.

First I arrived and was told by app to wait in the car. 15 minute later I went in and told them I was waiting they gave me my now less than hot pizza. Got home and one pizza was just about uneatable. The crust just flaked off in layers and you could squeeze the grease out of it. Also barely had any sauce on it. I asked for white and red sauce and couldn’t tell if any sauce was on it at all Usually the pizza is great, my favorite pizza place in our town.

Great tasting pizza, however toppings were very sparse. Averaged 0-1 piece of chicken per slice and hardly any pineapple. Would it make sense to have the manager glance at the pizzas before they go in the oven? Couldn’t decide on 3 or 4 stars. Whenever we get pizza Marco’s is the top choice , but a little disappointed this visit.

I have to say this is the best pizza I have eaten in a long time. This is the first time I have ordered from the Crossville location and it is wonderful. Colby took my order, made my pizza and also delivered it, so I just wanna recognize him for what a wonderful job he did on my pizza, thank you Colby. You deserve a raise. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered at 5:56 was supposed to be ready at 6:14. Cashier took my money completed the sale then never saw him again. Had to storm outside for my phone to get any recognition upon returning another person tries to charge me again and they gave me ranch when I asked for garlic butter sauce and I did not receive my hot pepper packets which I ordered. Finally got my food at 6:30 get home find out its wrong. This is why they don’t need to earn more than minimum wage. The manager was very apologetic buy that only does so much when IM ALREADY HOME.

Was just eh. The cinnamon dessert thing was soaked into the bottom from whatever they used to grease it, tasted like margarine. The pizza was no different from any of the other chain pizza places in town. The chicken dippers are all different sizes so how could they cook properly? They are pretty peppery, which I like, but if I didn’t know and gave them to a toddler, I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t like the spicy. The employees were the best part of the experience, they were all efficient and polite.
