Ordered online, this mess arrived greasy as hell when called manager was told it was corporates fault not the stores because they dont have box liners anymore. As a truck driver and having ordered many pizzas including the marcos where I live, i have never gotten a pizza this greasy or such a BS response to a customer complaint. I will NEVER order from this marcos ever. Pizza huts nasty pizza isnt this greasy

So there was a Subway next door but it is out of business. I went in to Marco’s and they told me that they could do subs and salads also. Very reasonable on price and I am glad I didn’t order the pizza for personal reasons. However the pizza’s smelled amazing!

Get pizza. Eat here a few times a month. Never any issues. Highly recommend. Update: 2 times in the last 2 months I have gotten a pizza that looks like this. Please do better marcos. This shouldn’t have even been put in the box

for the second time … I ordered curbside service only to watch the delivery driver walk in the building and walk out without bringing me my food. I removed the tip because they didn’t deserve it. If my mom wasn’t the one wanting the food i would have asked for all of my money back. I have never experienced such intentional manipulative bullying of a customer in my life. I called and they said let me find a driver to bring you youre pizza. then watched them hand the driver 6 other pizzas and let them walk right out the door instead of bringing me my curbside. this has happened twice where they force me to come inside the building to get my pizza. I won’t be ordering pizza from this restaurant again. unprofessional service twice in a row = no more ordering from them. I wasn’t even offered a discount for the extra 15 minutes they made me wait for the cold pizza i had to warm it up 7 minutes later when i got home. Don’t put curbside service if you are not going to expect your employees to honor the agreement. How are you the corporate leadership going to respond to this? the management of the hour did not even offer an apology or anything. Is this what Marcos represents as a company? Give crappy service to whomever they please? reminds me of Pizza Hut more and more every time i order there.

I’m from out of state and am visiting a very close friend who I’ve known and love like a sister for 17 years who just so happens to be an awesome employee of this Marco’s by the name of Kyra Rowe!

I had never had this brand before until she had came up to visit me in Ohio! I was ecstatic to be able to try it again and I was not disappointed! Kyra and the whole staff truly helped make the experience all the more enjoyable and didn’t make me feel awkward for having to wait at a table the whole time, doing something to keep myself occupied, until Kyra’s shift was over.

They have wonderful customer service attitudes and are always super friendly and ready to help! It’s wonderful hearing them greet and say goodbye to everyone that walks in and out those doors, even their delivery drivers! Plus, their relationship with one another is admirable and makes me wish I had that kind of bond with my coworkers at Subway back home! They feel like a family!

Anyway, I’ve gotten food here everytime I came in with Kyra and it was just heavenly! The pizza, calzones and subs (also the garlic butter, my fave dipping sauce) are so delicious and I can’t thank Kyra enough for making my order perfectly everytime! She truly is incredible at her job! Everyone at this Marco’s is amazing! I’d so love to visit more in the future! I much prefer Marco’s over Pizza Hut, Domino’s and Pizza Oven now!

I know it was a busy night when I came in but there were definitely some issues that I would like corrected. It was 16 minutes longer than promised time for the food to be ready. The person boxing my food shorted me a sauce. The worst problem though was that there is so little pizza on the pizza! The crust was wide and the cheese/toppings area was small. I ordered a pepperoni magnifico and the pepperonis were few and far between. I remember loving this pizza but I feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth here. Disappointing.

Shorted a drink on a previous order… called immediately and was told there would be a credit attached to my phone number. Went in today to pick up an order and I told them I had a credit from a mistake from my previous order. They said there was nothing there., essentially called me a liar and couldn’t care less that they took my money for product I never received. Y’all suck. Do better.

Call in pickup for review. Staff do try to follow coupons. Great food quality! Nice options for pizza. Not cheap but worth it overall.
