Purse checked upon entry. Was able to sit at any open table. Came around 9:30pm, all menu items not available. Charged for water but never received it. Automatic gratuity added. Waited around 20 minutes for food. Came out hot, no seasoning on the fries. Fish was crispy. Hookah was $45 I happily declined

I’ll start by saying I did not try the food but heard it’s good. We came here after a bad experience at another local lounge. The door man was a little confusing at first about having identification. Not sure what that was about. There was a group of 30 of us so maybe he was overwhelmed by the crowd of people walking up. He ran in to get a manager to which she came out and all was well.

Upon entering of courser the lights were dimmed. This place was loud and hard to have a conversation but I guess you’re there to dance. It turns into a lounge after a certain of day. They played some good jams. It could use some deep cleaning or could have just been the time we got there.

The place was packed and live. Check them out if you like to party.

I’m not one to write reviews, but after what I witnessed, I feel obligated to. I’ve been going to 3D’s consistently for almost two years now—ever since Erikah Nocturnal and Hutson Percussion started the Wednesday live music nights. It has always been a spot I enjoy and support. But the service has been declining for months, and what happened on Wednesday, November 26th was the final straw.

Although 3D’s “closes” at 11 PM on Wednesdays, anyone who regularly attends knows live music never actually ends until after 11. So when the band finished, there were still guests on the patio. Instead of professionally letting people know they needed to exit, Crystal came outside and said, “If you on the patio, you gon have to jump the fence because I’m about to lock this door.”

That is wildly unprofessional. There is absolutely no reason to speak to paying guests in that manner. A simple, respectful request would’ve been enough. Instead, it came off rude, dismissive, and aggressive.

It didn’t stop there. Juanita was taking a photo of a group on the patio, and after she jokingly mentioned not wanting to get fired, one of the girls said, “I wish they would fire you, Juanita.” Crystal then inserted herself into a conversation that wasn’t directed at her whatsoever and aggressively asked, “What did you just say?” She continued pressing the guest, escalating the situation to the point where it genuinely looked like she was trying to start a physical altercation.

And to make it worse, Crystal then tried to flip the script as if the guest was the one who caused the problem—when multiple people stood right there and witnessed exactly what happened. She was being rude from jump, tried to “check” the guest for no valid reason, and when the guest finally matched her energy, suddenly the guest became “the issue”?
No. Absolutely not. That’s crazy work from someone representing an establishment.

It was uncomfortable, unnecessary, and extremely disappointing to witness.

This is a bar—where people are drinking, celebrating, and winding down. The LAST thing staff should be doing is antagonizing guests. Not only is it unprofessional, it’s dangerous. There’s no security check at the door, no real de-escalation procedures in place, and Crystal’s behavior could have easily put other guests and employees at risk. In today’s world, places get shot up over far less. A staff member who provokes guests instead of calming situations is a liability.

If this were my establishment, no member of my staff would feel comfortable behaving that way on the clock. It shows a lack of training, a lack of accountability, and a lack of respect for the customers who keep the business thriving. And honestly, it shows a level of comfort that employees should not have when representing a business.

I love the music. I love the community. But the service and professionalism from certain staff members is going downhill fast. I truly hope management addresses this, because behavior like this is absolutely unacceptable in the service industry and puts everyone—guests and staff—in harm’s way.

The food top tier service is horrible!!! They always have a limited menu. You can place an order and they always come back and say oh we don’t have that available. Food take forever to come out my friend and I waited 45mins for our food!!! We had two drinks when our food arrived. They have this one waitress she’s an old lady with a short cut blonde wrinkle face she is very rude and nasty attitude! She’s normally at the bar but don’t ask her any questions because if you do she gives this stank look I think she intimidated by us younger women but her attitude is nasty and she needs some customer service training!!! Another waitress we had was just lazy!!! They need to focus on providing great customer service because the place is a vibe!!!

My fiance and I came here Labor Day weekend and had a great time. We came for the food but got a margarita as well. Their wings are very good! Seasoned just right. Not only that, their okra, rolls, and fries were delicious. It’s a bit of a loud atmosphere where hookah stations are allowed at tables. A go to place if you’re wanting to relax and enjoy some good music and food at least!

The food was nice. But services “No”! I gave the waitress the wrong card immediately ask for it back then, gave her the correct card. But then got an alert from my bank. That said, both cards have been charged. One for a $75 hold and the other for the amount of the food and drinks. When I inquired as to why both cards have been charged?I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it.That was between me and my bank. I then call my bank to rectify the issue.But it has been two days since the charges, and my money has not yet been refunded. Either they have a antiquated system.Or they have a system that is not working.Because my bill was only $34, but i’m out a $100 and something dollars, not a good experience.
