So I’ve been going to this Marco’s for 7 years. Customer service was great. Even if there were issues, they were resolved quickly. Well, I guess they may be under new management. I ordered a pizza on a Saturday night. It had the incorrect ingredients and has so much cheese on the pizza the bottom of the entire box was covered with grease. So much so it started to drip from my hand when I was carrying it. UNREAL! But wanted to resolve the issue I called the next day to see if I could get a replacement pizza. The young lady I spoke with told me she had to get the General Managers permission to redo I pizza. First time I’ve ever heard that from a pizza place, but she doesn’t control the policies so I didn’t argue with her. She gathered my contact info and told me she’d give it to the GM the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. Then I spoke with another lady that said the GM wasn’t there. She had an attitude and told me that I need to call the GM during his work ours. Again, I politely took that and asked when he was in the office. I called again the next day, Tuesday, for the GM. Spoke with a gentleman who apologized and told me the GM stepped out. He asked for my info again. I let him know I did that twice already. The gentleman informed me that the other ladies might now have been telling the truth. Upset I said ok, I’ll call again tomorrow. I called today, Wednesday, and he was off. Now I’m upset. This is ridiculous for a simple pizza that I paid for, still have in my fridge just in case they needed proof, and was not what I ordered. Terrible service, will not be back.

Went there last night.. absolutely discussing! An employee was giving another employee a haircut inside the store. I can’t believe they would think this is ok. My pizzas looked like they were cut by a drunk, cheese bread was not cut at all and of course only one of the three sauces that I paid for. Hope this location goes out of business and Marco’s corporate pulls the franchise rights.

They pull the pizzas early so the dough is under cooked because they are rushed, no concern for quality. And look at this bubble on the cheese. If you order sauces, don’t expect them to be in the boxes. I used to manage a pizza shop and this isn’t how it’s done. Also maybe if you’re at the front counter where customers are, don’t argue with your wife on the phone, take it out back. I’ll never go back. For context this is my third bad experience at this location in 3 weeks. Better off with little ceasars 1 min away.

Me and my family order from here all the time Marco’s usually is very good but this past month whatever employee they have that started working there obviously needs more training this past month we have ordered a few times and every time has been terrible. This is a regular pizza and the crust is super thin and I said well done, but since the crust was so thin on the regular hand toss pizza it made it super soggy and not edible at all.

Call to place order at 840 pm and person was very rude. And about 30 minutes he called my cell phone while I was enroute to pick up my pizza, being very rude asking me was I coming to pick up my pizza and I asked him ( black male)had it been 40 minutes and I told him I was on my way and he hung the phone up on my face. So I called back and asked him did him did he hang the telephone up in my face and he said yes. And hung the telephone in my face again. Needless to say I went to dominos. I will never ever eat a Marcos pizza. Too rude

After not coming here for 3 years I thought I would give this place a try again. Well can you believe it they messed up the order by leaving items off and adding others that were not requested. I would suggest this place hires people that can read and possibly graduated from middle school. When I pointed this out to them they said they would remake it but I would have to wait an hour at least since they were busy. Guess what I asked for a refund and left. Maybe you can get you staff in order in another 3+ years.
3 years ago….I’ve been going to Papa Johns for past ten years and since I moved to mobile I decided to try other places out. This was my first time using Marco’s. The pizza was made wrong.. three items were wrong with the toppings: They used sausage instead of beef and they did not put on the onions and green peppers as ordered. The customer service of the staff was abysmal. It seems they are using COVID as reason to not have good customer service. The pizza I did get at least tasted fine.

When I first moved to Mobile, this pizza place was amazing in every way. Now, not so much. My last three delivery orders were substandard. I keep thinking they are going to get back on track to that amazing delivery and high quality pizza, but its just not happening. My most recent order was the absolute worst, and last straw, so now I’m done with this pizza place. Had guests in town, and ordered three different kind of pizzas. Showed up cold, with a delivery driver with zero personality, and basically grumpy old man. The thin cheese, and the all meat pizza were so over cooked, they were like a dry 3 day old pizza. Not pie cut, but square, which i just don’t get the reason for. The third pizza, hand tossed, was pie cut, kind of edible, but still cold. I dont know what happened to this establishment, but now its the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever eaten. I’m so turned off by this last train wreck, that I will not be eating any pizza whatsoever, for a long while. Eating over done cardboard cold pizza has done a number on me. Absolutely ridiculous. Manager should be ashamed by letting crap like that out the door.

Sometimes when you try a new place recommended by someone you trust, its a disappointment. But in this case it was a homerun!! I own two companies, and just picking up pizza for the first time at Marco’s was a very impressive experience. From the phone order to the staff at pick up, was alot of fun. I sat back and watched how the employee’s help each other and the communication that makes a business successful.
Harmony is what I witnessed.
After payment was made by a very respectful employee, I requested to speak to the manager. I won’t say her name “C”, but I let her know that whatever training yall do for your employee’s is what makes a business successful.
Took the pizza home to my family and yes, AMAZING!!!

Traveled to town to visit my grandson and stopped at this Marcos location to grab a pizza. Cassandra was awesome! It was nearing closing time, but, Cassandra was very friendly and inviting. I was concerned the staff might have already started to clean things up….Cassandra assured me that it was not too late and that she would gladly make whatever I wanted! Great service! Glad I picked this location!

Stop by Marcos for the very first time around 2:30 on November 10th the person was very helpful store was clean receive the food was absolutely delicious way to make a first impression we’ll be back thank you
