I have eaten Marco’s pizza for years, but tonight’s pizza tasted like someone poured salt over it, and too much salt at that. I placed my order online and opted out of including a tip. I came in to pickup my pizza and was planning to leave a tip but the customer service was awful. I could see at least three people working: one white guy was busy loading dough or something into the fridge withing 10 feet of the register. Never looked my way or opened his mouth. The 2nd associate, a young white girl was to the right of table where they cut and box the pizza. Not sure what she was doing but she was too busy working and never acknowledged me either. Finally, the 3rd associate, also white girl, came from the back, never spoke but said I will be with you. I just asked if my pizza was ready because the ETA was 7:23 and it was around 7:15. I wasn’t rushing them but I also didn’t want to be waiting if my pizza was ready. The only person to acknowledge me asked the other girl to check. She was bending on the floor digging in her shoe, just jumps up without responding or washing her hands, and grabs my pizza from the oven, cuts the slices and hands it to me, all without saying one single word to me. Of course, I stuck my money that I was planning to tip back in my pocket.
Worst pizza EVER and the customer service sucked. Everybody in there deserves to be fired. Food is too expensive these days to only receive salty pizza and horrible customer service. My advice is if the pay is low and/or the company is horrible then get a job some place where you love. The customers definitely don’t deserve to be spending their hard earned money on bad food and bad customer service.

So 2 days ago ordered a big order from here and there was a roach in it I didn’t want to believe it but this morning as I drove to bank noticed the pest people here please y’all understand there is roaches at this store also not sure if she was the manager a red haired girl/lady but she is not worthy to run a store she smelled like marijuana very heavily and very unprofessional. The only person there working was a young man with glasses named jaylen very nice attentive and professional always to my family . Marcos please do better with this location

Best I can say is the pizza is Marco’s. So it taste fine, yet the order wasn’t right. Upper management needs to visit this location. There’s too much wrong to even list. This is a management issue.

I’m driving for uber and picking up an order from here. The staff are very unprofessional. The orders are not being made prior to arrival for call-in or online orders. Many customers were told their order was not ready or had not when in the oven yet. This establishment is not clean. Smells like mold in here.

My last experience with this marco’s was subpar at best but thought I’d give them another chance.Ordered for “future delivery” with no contact (our dog is hard to corral) at 6:10pm.Recieved an email that the pizzas was in the oven at 5:44, another said “on the way” at 6:02. Then at 6:32 a text comes through saying our order would be delivered at 6:54 by a dasher. So..the pizza just sits under the warmer for all that time?Apparently so, both pizzas, cheesebread and brownie arrived almost cold.Cheesebread was burned around the edges like another reviews pic showed. We had asked for NO contact yet the “dasher” rang the bell and just stood there until we answered the door. We are huge Marco’s fans from the past couple houses we lived in in TX, but this location’s service is horrible. Can’t say about the pizzas taste as my thin crust was soggy and everything we ordered was almost cold. I probably won’t order again even though they are literally 4 mins from our house..

I thought I had reviewed this location after our experience ordering delivery last week but I guess not.SO, We used to order Marco’s all the time when we lived near Houston, so when we saw one here a few blocks from the house, we were thrilled. However..
We ordered a regular crust pizza and a thin crust pizza along with a 2 liter drink.They called to let me know the drink I wanted wasn’t available which was great.The pizzas arrived and to our surprise when we opened the boxes, one pizza was missing and apparently had never been in the box(see lack of grease?)
Called the location and the person who ordered just said “Oh that’s what order this pizza belongs to, we’ll send it over in about 15 minutes”. No apology. Meanwhile the first pizza was getting cold, and when the pizza was dropped off by a young girl, no apologies again, just kinda shoved the pizza at my son and left.I can’t review the pizzas because both were not fresh when we were finally able to eat them.
I’m hoping the service is a fluke but a guy we had working on the house said “That location is going downhill.”I sure hope not, as we loved their pizza in Houston.
We will try again sometime and cross our fingers.

Now I came here and behold this worker making food with no gloves. She came to the computer to check my order what I had and went back to food without washer her hands. This is bad restaurants really be making customers food with no gloves on passing germs around. This is one of the reasons people get sick from eating out. On top of it she has no hairnet on. I surely dont think people want to eat hair. Her hair needs to be covered as well. How is this going on?

Marco’s makes great tasting pizza. I am always satisfied with my order when I visit the Cottage Hill location. I don’t know her name, but there is a skinny red headed lady that always greets me kindly. She is always complimentary and shows appreciation for my business. On several occasions she complimented the smell of my parfume. It brought an immediate smile to my face. This is a great location to visit for great pizza.

The pizza was fantastic the staff was nice price reasonable. I do not recommend the salad at all, no one should have to chop the veggies that are in the salad, espically the lettuce. No napkins, lids or clean tables, hence the 4 stars. Definitely a go to for take out or delivery!
