Me and the man at the register had a good time, they have a Great atmosphere, we even had the cook giggling. Happy is contagious. And this place is fun of high happy energy. Plus it smells soooooooooo good in there, Fresh hot delicious pizza with a whole bucket of laughter, Y’all , ya can’t beat that even with a good stick. Best place I’ve eaten yet. LOVED IT

Called in my order at 5:05 pm and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at Marco’s at 5:27. There were several people inside waiting when I walked in. Come to find most of the people had been waiting for a while. There were several people working on preparing the orders and pizza’s where being prepared at a fast rate, but none where for the people waiting on their pick up order. I finally got my pizza at 6:15. Not sure if I will order from them in the future.

Ordered in the app from my work parking lot and my pizza was ready when I arrived. It stayed hot on my ride home (35 minutes) and was so good. Can’t remember the name of the pizza but it’s the limited time hot honey pepperoni one. Very good!!

I had the worst experience ever tonight at this location. We usually eat from this location several times a month, sometimes twice a week. I’ve NEVER had any problems until tonight. I wasn’t even gonna post this review until after I spoke to the store and got the reaction I did. Ok first of all I went to pick up the pizza at the window. The red haired guy opened the window and didn’t say anything so I said my name and then I asked for plates. He didn’t hear me so he speaks up and says “whatcha say” so I told him again. Ok fast forward to getting home. I am passing pizza out to everyone. I get to the second box and notice the tip of a hair sticking up from the edge crust and cheese. It was baked up under the cheese so I assume from whoever was fixing it. A medium length wavy hair. I called the store and got the so called manager on the phone and was telling him that I didn’t have time to come back for another pizza but for them to just make sure the area is prepped better because there was a hair in our pizza. He replies back with “ok”. I guess there is totally new workers there because the other workers I’ve known that give excellent experience are not there anymore I assume. They knew me because like I said I ordered frequently because it’s close to our house. But after tonight I will choose to go elsewhere. Even a simple apology would have worked instead of the rude attitudes.

They are fast and consistent with their pizza quality. They have never missed anything on my orders and their prices are some of the best around. Drive through pick up is super convenient and the employees are always friendly.

I tried to use a reward for 25% off my order and no matter what I do it does not work. I deleted the app and reloaded it and it still does not work. This app has never worked worth a crap and Marcos has lost my business. There is no way to contact customer support on the app. There’s no way to get any help with anything.

Pizza was fine, though the crust was a bit bland. The cheesy bread on the other hand was completely undercooked, doughy in the mouth, and a gross pale color. Wife and I had to spit it out.
Can’t blame the underpaid employees though. Chances are upper management isn’t doing a good job treating their employees well as expected with a Marco’s.

I was actually blown away with this pizza, it was a bit pricey but oh man, it’s hands down the best “chain” pizza I’ve ever ate. I’ll definitely be going back.
