First time here and I’m impressed. I actually thought we had been here before but I was mistaken, but very glad we came. The ordered the meat pizza(my go to) add mushrooms without looking at the meats, and was just a little disappointed it did not come with beef. I didn’t find put until after I got the pizza. Regardless, the pizza was AMAZING!! The sauce is very delicious, and the crust is soooo buttery and fresh. It even warms up in the oven like fresh made. If you like lots of cheese, you will love Marco’s. My son loves the cinnamon bread also. The 2nd and 3rd pizza we got we asked for extra sauce and less cheese, add beef, lol. This is our go to pizza place. I have referred several people since last month and they all agree. You will not be disappointed going here.

I ordered a large pepperoni thin crust pizza today. I order from this location from time to time the exact same thing and never received a pizza this dark and crispy. The pizza actually tasted like a cracker. I called to report to the manager on duty and his only suggestion was to bring the pizza back for a remake. I shouldn’t have to do all that which I didn’t being that I had already made it home. From a long day of work, picking up kids from school and trying to find the quickest thing to eat the manager asks me to bring the pizza back is the only way to supposedly make it right. Customer satisfaction is everything. A pizza credit would’ve been acceptable but I will not order here again in a while. Their pizza isn’t all that cheap either. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service of the manager which I forgot to get a name and the quality of my pizza for my kids.

I have ordered from Marcos store #8532 three times and store #8137 once. The very first time I ordered pizza from Marcos it was really good and thought I had found a superior alternative to Pizza hut. However, since that first time it has not been as good or even close. It seems like they can’t make a cheese pizza without over cooking it or it lacks cheese and/or sauce. I see Marcos ads and commercials showing the pizza dripping with cheese but mine never look like the pictures. It is frustrating to say the least. Time to look for a new pizza place.

Great service. Try the food here and you will love it. Customer service is excellent. You’ll be greeted with a smile. There is seating for 3 in the lobby. They carry Pepsi’s products.

About the best tasting of any fast food restaurant. Delicious and fresh every single time we order. Never had a bad Marcos Pizza. That was 2 years ago, now you can’t get anyone to ever answer the phone. We have given up on Marcos but they were good at one time.

By far the best pizza I have had. I have been a loyal Pizza Hut consumer for years, but they have been letting me down lately with the quality of the food. They are also hard to contact by phone. I have tried all the pizza chains and none have made me happy. My grand daughter told me about Marco’s, and I am so glad she did. The Marco’s Pizza in Hoover is so clean, the associates are very professional and friendly, and the icing on the cake is the pizza is the best around. I tried the Supreme and it was very good, however, the Pepperoni Magnifico is the best pizza by far. I always use a ton of Parmesan cheese on pizza, but with the Pepperoni Magnifico I did not need to add anything. Great pizza!

Marco’s is my favorite delivery/fast pizza chain. I wanted to order from the Braddock Dr. location (store 8137) bc it is nearest to my work, but their online ordering is still down. Other Marco’s stores are fine, so I’ll just get it from a nearby one. Please fix your online ordering.

Very disappointed. We arrived in Birmingham to visit family and order take out. I need to preface that once or twice a month we have either pizza or wings from Marco’s in Madison Al off county line rd and love the place and military discounts. This place, not so much. Pizza was fair but unevenly cooked, but no military discount. I know each chain has there own discount policy, but if the food was excellent I would of not expected the discount.

Tonight was my first of many times to order Marco’s Pizza. It was easy to order online and my order arrived 10-15 minutes earlier than anticipated. I ordered thin crust and the crust was perfectly crispy without being burnt and the toppings and cheese was just right. They set the bar high tonight and I can only hope they can maintain or exceed the bar they set.

Location owner: From our first experience, which was great, we have been satisfied with product and service. But today we ordered and were told we would have our order within 45 minutes to one hour. As the hour went by we reached out for an update. We were told the driver was out for delivery. Now it’s 1 and a 1/2 after we were told the order would be delivered. We call back to cancel as it is now 8p with no delivery in sight. We told the Marcos employee the issue and asked for a discount under the circumstances if delivery is coming still or to cancel. The person said Marcos/they would cancel. No I sorry for the delay, sorry I offer X, NOTHING AS! As these words came from their mouth the driverey car pulled up outside our home. No exit from the car by delivery person, they drove off. We guessed the Marcos employee on the phone called them to cancel. In the sake of “Good customer service” I would expect the employee on the phone to at least “TRY” to have a happy customer. But no! This employee just lost a customer and I will make it my business to note this to others who might want to enjoy a pizza. Pizza Hut or Domino’s might be a better option if this is how being extremely late is addressed by this location of Marcos. Customer service is your business! If it’s an employee shortage issue then advise. The cost to gain a customer is measured in satisfaction, which WE are not right now.
