Order my pizza with a set time. 745 pm went to pick up at 750pm order was not ready so I waited until 758pm walked back in the store and was told the pizza s where not made correct and needed to be remade. Told them to cancel order and now I gotta figure out how to get a refund and reimbursement for travel and time wasted. I tired to call the store but was put on hold without anyone even picking up the phn. I tired to find a corporate number but was told to contact the store.

yesterday, I was trying to look at the receipt if it was there but it wasnt, the place looks new and a great spot. She was fluent in english and spanish, very helpful, polite, great customer service. The pizza was a blast in school too, all the children loved the 2 types of cheese pizza classic red base and tried the white base too both delicious. Thank you much

I’m so happy to have Marcos close by. Pizza was delivered hot, fresh, and delicious in the quoted time. I did have an issue ordering on the app. It was stating I didn’t meet the $12 minimum, but my subtotal oder was $16. Hope that gets fixed. The gentleman that did take my order over the phone was great

Inconsistency is the death of a restaurant. I used to be a loyal Bella Roma Customer, but they got too expensive with tons of fees and prices kept going up and up. So Marco’s opened near my house, a lot closer to my house than Bella Roma. So I ordered a Medium Sausage pizza, it was amazing. Loaded with sausage, it completely covered the whole pie. Each Slice had 3 or 4 sausages on each slice, needing two hands to pick it up it was so many toppings for a medium pie. A week later I ordered the same thing, same size, same order exactly. A Medium Sausage pie. I opened the box and got 6 pieces of sausage. This meant only 5 of 8 slices have ONE sausage, and one lucky slice had two. The other 3 were just plain. I’m not sure I’ll go back as I now know there is no quality control at this location. The person who cuts the pie is the quality control who determines if it meets the standards or if it needs to be re-done.

Well I went with my family to eat pizza on a Friday night. We ordered a few minutes late due to the Managment and workers were playing around. Not paying attention to the customers. So finally I was asked what I wanted no sorry for the Waite nothing at all but we were starving so we ordered. Again while waiting all you hear from the workers and a tall girl was bro shut up laughing throwing a rag like playing basketball and just pure disrespect for the customers. Food amazing but it’s sad to walk I’m to a place to eat and you have kids playing and no one to put authority what’s so ever I have been to other Marcos and never had this issue I will keep going to the location on obt and target shopping center. I would say stop hiring children and put people who need jobs and are responsible because it does bring the Marcos name down. Thank you

Ordered two basic pizzas quoted 30 mins. An hour later still no pizza, I wanted to cancel the girl at the counter said it’s already in the oven. Wait another 30 mins, ask the girl about the pizza she said oh the order was cancelled. I said then why did you tell me it was in the oven? She said it was on the board but we canceled it. So I waited another 30 minutes for something that wasn’t coming! Manager was like sorry there’s so many ordered to keep track of. Ridiculous. Go to Pizza Hut save yourself the headache.
