Pizza is typical as you would get at any poorly run pizza place. But the management is god awful, rude to customers and extremely unprofessional he claims he stands on business but he removed me from the store. I have eaten at this marcos for 5 years and seen all different types of folk that were awful, none of them warranted this one star review thank you for finally ruining this place

Don’t eat at Marco’s anymore my friends. Their cheese pizza had a pool of grease in the center that I had to dab with paper towels and my children still wouldn’t eat. Their customer service and customer retention is atrocious. I asked if I could have a pizza re-made because our house has a kosher diet and the chicken pizza i ordered has bacon on it and they refused. I think maybe the loss of a 20 dollar pizza we had to throw away because we couldn’t eat is more important than taking care a faithful patron. Would never eat there again unless you like a cup of grease in the center of your pizza

Extremely terrible experience with this store. Ordered for delivery through Uber Eats because we aren’t within the delivery service area of any of Marco’s Pizza stores, but love their pizza and have been loyal customers for years. This store gave the Uber driver the COMPLETELY WRONG order- NOTHING was what we ordered. Not the driver’s fault- they confirmed my name when the order was picked up, but the store staff still gave him someone else’s food to deliver. When we called the store to report the issue, they told us, I quote “since you ordered through Uber Eats, you have to deal with Uber Eats.” Which, we already did, we were calling THEM because THEY made the mistake!! @ Management at Marco’s Pizza off SR-70, this call was at 8:07pm on Tuesday 02/03/2026. Whichever male worker you have answering the phone really needs customer service training and phone etiquette training. He was entirely unprofessional and rude. I realize the store can’t do anything about the money, but that isn’t what we were calling about and were just completely dismissed. The orders weren’t even similar!! Just awful and may have put me off ordering from any Marco’s Pizza in the future.

The people working here are always so nice! I’ve been getting pizza from them for over a year and they’re always so pleasant to deal with. The pizza is always great too! I highly recommend trying them out if you haven’t. If you have, then come back and get another pizza!

I placed an order on Sunday through the website. It told me that my promised time for delivery was 6:31pm. I was tracking my order it said delivered I gave it like 5 more minutes thinking if there was a problem the driver or the store would let me know. At that point I called the store thinking the driver dropped it at the wrong house I did ask for contactless
delivery. The store told me that the driver had just dropped off the order in front of me and to give him 5 more minutes. Then at 6:42 I get a call from the driver telling me he can’t find the place. I then give him directions over the phone and I have to stand outside and wait for him. 3 minutes later he pulls up and I take the order from him as he is saying I know this was supposed to be contactless but I couldn’t find it. He hands me the food and I tell him it is missing food. He looks it over with the receipt and I show him on my phone the order. He then says ok I guess I will just go back and get it. He then leaves. An hour later I call the store to inquire what was going on. I talked to someone and explained the situation he then said let me get the manager. The General Manager Ben as he told me before we hung up gets on the phone and says ok I refunded you what you are missing. I was like really I making multiple phone call having to stand outside and wait for my food on a contactless delivery. Then you are going to get on the phone to say here is the refund for your missing item and just dismiss me like I’m inconveniencing you. I explained to him the driver told me he would be back with my item and never showed back up. He then says well we are out of them so it’s not his fault. I was like really you’re out of them. So now I’m even more pissed because you were happy to take my order for an item you didn’t have but I basically had to beg for a refund on something that I should have never been charged for. I guess if I would’ve never called to find out what was going on I would have just been out the money. I said to Ben the General Manager so you are ok with all I had to go through with here’s your refund now go away. I said are you kidding me that is the best you can do. I asked for a corporate number or someone higher than him that I could talk to he said I don’t have a number for corporate you can google it and that he is the General Manager of this place. This is a sad way to do business trying to steal peoples money and giving horrible customer service. Maybe it’s time to retrain Ben or maybe he doesn’t need to be the General Manager.

Tried Marco’s for the first time about 2 weeks ago and had a snafu with our order but a big shout out to Nathan on his awesome customer service!!! He followed up and really went above and beyond to make it right. We had a chance to try it again tonight and it was awesome! Shop Local and try out Marco’s for your next order. First time eater after seeing a few YouTuber videos. We got medium (8 smaller slices) bacon, chicken, white sauce, onion and tomato. Original crust, with crust Roma seasoning. Tasted fresh, cooked perfect. One person working managing all the roles but handled it all very well! Kudos. I grew up in pizza restaurant so cost, I consider expensive but comparing it to Papa John’s and etc .. Marcos is much better quality and maybe $2 less.
