I called the restaurant first to order my food. The cook hung up on me. I wanted to try the food so I decided to go online and order my food. To still give them a try. They gave me a pick up time for 6:10 PM. I show up to pick up my food and the cook has horrible customer service and attitude. My food was not ready until 6:30-6:35. I will not be coming back. BAD BUSINESS!

Welp, another Euclid restaurant bites the dust. They lost a loyal customer today for the bs they just tried to pull. First off, the prices online are not the prices in the store. A single wing $1.75 online with sauce. I ordered 3 honey lemon pepper wings. How does that come up to $8.25? FOR 3 little wings??? I also ordered a chicken loaded potato for $15.50. I asked the cashier why my total was $25, he said “there’s tax a the wings are $2 each”. Tax on takeout??? I explained to him that there is NO tax on takeout food. He tried to argue with me that I was wrong and questioned “who told you that?” Ummmm idk maybe the LAW?? Be careful at this place and make sure you double check your receipts because they are becoming the typical black owned business with all these little hidden fees, inconsistent prices and extra charges. Definitely checking them off my list of go-to restaurants. Also my chicken wings were BLACK. What a waste of time and money.

ordered a fish dinner came back noticed nothing has been started asked a question have you started my dinner yet his reply was no he went to get some fish fry mix. Excuse me it’s Friday y ou didn’t know you needed fry mix then he gets an Attitude with me because I want a refund. I would have appreciated Miss some one went to pick up fry mix can you wait. No I would have gone somewhere else. but to take my money and I have to ask what’s the problem. Never again attitudes are horrible

First time buying food from here; Chicken Alfredo. They allowed my grilled chicken substitute for fried chicken. It was beautifully made! lol The piece of bread tasted so dang fancy!! I’m getting a whole bread next time. 😀

Had a really good turkey burger from here. Only thing I didn’t like is the wait time for the burger. I waited 45 mins just for a turkey burger and fries. If I was you I would recommend calling in ahead of time. I will be back hopefully it’s better next time.

My friend and I stopped here for lunch around 3:40pm on Saturday. My friend ordered a chicken Alfredo meal and I ordered a chicken tender meal and the employee told us the wait would be about 20 minutes but the food was ready early and came out very fresh! The portions were very generous for the price I really liked the chicken tenders! They have benches to sit and wait and also picnic tables outside nearby at the ice cream shop.

I couldn’t decide so I ask for what the cashier/ host loves to eat . It’s hot, fresh and full of delicious flavors. At sweet moments of when I traveled to California. Great food !! I mean the serving bar was super clean , super fresh ! First Time eating there !! Phenomenal!!!!!!!place was one of a kind the food items on display Look shiny , they are freshest than fresh !! I mean I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the place ,…! I ate the taco bowl !! oMG ! Delic !!!!Great job guys ! From your back of the house to the cleaners , great job , I know you guys were understaffed, I worked in the food industry before ! So I now how hard it is working understaffed!!! Fairlawn area there are always choices ! If you are looking for a great place to eat, clean ! Boom !! Look no more this is your place ! And be patient with the staff. This post pandemic everywhere is very challenging . And thanks for showing up to work !! They said 99% of your success is just showing up ! . This joint is close to summit mall , Walmart , aldi etc ! Stop by and get a nice Food ! And I believe they have free WiFi !:)
