Just walked out, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Not once was I greeted or even acknowledged—not even a simple “give me a minute” while the staff figured things out. One worker was on his knees answering the phone and completely ignored me, and what looked like the manager also saw me walk in and still said nothing. Another employee in the back was kicking boxes around while holding an open tray, and yet another helped someone else pay without acknowledging my presence at all.
The lack of basic customer service was unbelievable. I won’t be returning, and honestly the staff and store need serious retraining. Keep in mind this was my first time trying Marco’s pizza out and this is how my first experience is. Can’t rate somrhinf I never had..

Tried ordering online with discount codes that came in the mail for this new location. Half the codes were invalid and made me not want to order at all. But I was willing to invite the negative reviews and give them a fair shake.
The pizza was ready for pickup fast. Walked in and out with it and box seemed messed up like poorly folded and wouldn’t stay closed. Half way home I realized it was leaking. Apparently, they crushed the garlic sauce packet that leaked all over my vehicle….
The pizza itself was crispy and delicious. Ordered a pepperoni and bacon. I would order again however you should really train your staff on proper box folding procedures so no one has ruined vehicle interiors.. that’s unacceptable . Had it not been for that it would have been 5* even with bogus discount codes.

Marco’s delivered a pizza big enough for my whole family to be filled in under 20 minutes delivery time. The pizza was gone almost instantly. The value there is high due to the delivery time, taste and quality of pizza. I’ve never only eaten Marco’s Pizza at home, so I don’t know what the atmosphere is like closer to their kitchen

Marco’s pizza in lake Wales Florida none of them was wearing gloves. The guy went into the cooler and came out started preparing food without washing his hands. Also the same guy wiped his hands on his pants and proceeded to make pizza’s. This is definitely not sanitary.

I’ve seen many workers going through this store but each 1 has been great from the time you enter until you leave. I love pizza and I have tasted pizza from most of the surrounding areas but marcos to me is the best.

This is my first time eating at this location. Only problem is i ordered a order of 10 piece boneless wings. Their overly tiny then most Marcos. It was no bigger then the tip of my finger. Somewhat a waste of money for such a small amount.

Its only delivery or take out. Pizza its delicious. Its super easy to order online and pick up, (aprox. Only 16 minutes). They have specials, deals, cupons etc. Prices are perfect! I recommend that place 100% (Dont forget to ✅️ the garlic butter cup)

Best tasting pizza in altamonte springs! I have been ordering from specialty pizza for years and the delivery drivers have gotten to know me and are so sweet and kind. Delivery is super fast and I love how they offer fresh condiments for the pizza. I have gotten a lot of my friends hooked on this place because of how fresh the taste is compared to the typical pizza chains. I hope they one day get to expand their business to other locations.

This is the first time ever eating at a Marco’s Pizza and let me tell you this was by far the best service and food quality of any of the pizza chains out there! Absolutely love all the great toppings that were so fresh food was piping hot and delicious! An excellent win for anyone who wants to experience the best!

We ordered a pizza and wings 2 weeks ago and decided to pick up because the time was shorter than delivery. When we got there they say they didn’t have an order for us. We showed them the call we made and they apologized. It took a half an hour to get a credit and no pizza. We called early today at 4:00pm and was told it would be 40 min delivery. At 5:15pm no pizza so i called and they said the driver is leaving now. An hour and a half for the delivery. Such a shame because we love the food. If this keeps up we will be going elsewhere
