My husband & I wanted to order food today, so we ordered wings and pizza from Marco’s. The wings barely had any sauce… it quite honestly felt like I was eating naked wings the pizza was okay, but honestly I’m just really disappointed with the wings!

We LOVE this place! However, the other day I ordered a late-lunch, pepperoni pizza and it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I thought it may have been the pepperonis , nope , it wasn’t. There was 1 jalapeño pepper in the corner of the box. My Son likes spicy food and he couldn’t eat it. No, I didn’t call them. I’m sure people do that all the time. Has anyone else experienced this?

Ordered online to have food delivered and usually don’t have a problem but today was certainly not the case. It took over an hour and I called them to check on my order because the text I got 43 minutes prior to my call said it was coming out of the oven so the lady said yes it’s still here in the store and we are waiting on a door dash person to come get it. It was another 20 minutes after I called about it before it was brought to my door. It was the worst food we have ever gotten there because everything was cold and you could tell it had been sitting for quite a while.
Not a happy camper with this order at all.
They should have indicated that they didn’t have any delivery drivers in store to bring it as soon as it comes out of the oven…
Too much money spent to have to reheat like it was leftovers to begin with.

Did not know they do not offer curbside pick up. When I went to place my order at there website it lets you put in curbside information, so when I arrived I called them and told them I was outside, they said they don’t come outside. As I was talking on the phone asking why not, the person on the phone hung up on me. I tipped 18%. I walked inside and requested my tip back. They said they couldn’t refund my tip, but can cancel the whole order. I said ok cancel the whole order. A few suggestions for this location: Corporate has curbside on their webpage, Valdosta location has it on there webpage, need to follow corporate or update your webpage. Customer service, not polite to hang up on a customer who is sitting right outside waiting for curbside. That customer will walk in and ask to speak to your manager. Take out your fundraiser page and in store donation request for people to donate to your non-profit. No information on where proceeds go to for your non-profit. I like to tip and I like to donate, but not when service, assistance and information is poor. Please update your in and out drive way signs in your Valdosta location. Two vehicles came in through the out driveway when I came and left the premises. Thank you.

Great pizza restaurant. Staff is always friendly. Restaurant is clean. They have a drive through. They also deliver. All items on menu are good! Definitely recommend!

Marcos was my only place I would order pizza from. But for the last two times I got pizza there, I’ve been very disappointed! The sauce on the pizza use to be about 1″ from the edge. The last two times I’ve gotten pizza there, the sauce is 2″ from the edge. Plus the toppings don’t seem to be as much as they were before.
Prices have gone up, but pizza toppings and sauce have been reduced.
Guess I’ll spend my money at a different pizza place from now on.

We booked the party room for my daughter’s first birthday and it was a great experience! It came with tables and chairs and was very spacious! They helped us set the tables up and the service was great! I highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Did not cook the vegetables on top and NO cheese on the pizza at all! Awful pizza, I wasn’t sure the pizza was cooked except for the bottom crust had some toasting on the bottom.
