While the pizza may be good one will never know as it is impossible to get delivered. While you can order delivery on the website they use door dash for delivery. We never recieved our delivery. Marcos blamed door dash and refused to refund. I understand the predicament however you are choosing to use an unreliable service. If you are unable to deliver let me know up front so i can arrange to pick up. We will not be ordering from Marcos again.

We order pizza last and it was a sh!z show. When my husband arrived at the store they tried to give him the wrong. I had to screen shot our order and send it to him. Once he showed it to them the lady making pizza was rude and said customers had to wait so she could make her food so she would have something to eat when she left work. Once he finally got our pizza which took 1.5hrs he brought them home and I was livid. The pizza were pathetic. There was more crust than I’ve ever seen on a pizza. My mushroom pizza was joke half the pizza didn’t even have topping or cheese. The cheese sticks weren’t cut. All pizzas had clumps of sauce that was not spread evenly. I understand weather was bad but this was unacceptable and the service was horrible. Will not be going back.

I have ordered from Marco’s three times. The first time, the pizza was amazing, which included thin crust just as we ordered. The second time, it was disappointing. The crust was thick and not thin like we ordered, and it had a gross amount of cheese on it. The third time, the crust was very thick again when we ordered thin crust. What a bummer. We thought we found a new and excellent pizza place. When you spend $50 dollars, you expect consistency.

Coming home late after a full day of parent/teacher conferences, I just wanted a salad and some BBQ wings, so I thought of my neighborhood Marco’s. I ordered online – great experience, ready in 15 minutes. I ordered an Italian salad, and was served a lot of lettuce, some chopped cheese, ham and salami and what looked like a whole red onion chopped and thrown on top. I had to remove some of the onion to see the cheese and meat underneath for the photo. The wings looked great when I left the counter, but upon biting into them at home, some were nice and crispy but most were mushy and not crispy. Customer service – there were three girls working the counter, however, one girl was clearly running the show. She did not smile, and she gave a whole lot of attitude to everyone in the room – customers and co-workers at the counter and food preppers at the back. When I arrived, there was no greeting just her pointing at me and asking me, “What’s the name?” My wings were done but not the salad, so she disappeared in the back and returned telling a co-worker that the one who does salads wasn’t there so they had to pull someone else to do the salad and he did not know how to do salads. Red flag for me right there. She then turned to me and said it would be a minute. It was 5 to 10 minutes, because clearly nothing was prepped to put a salad together quickly and thoughtfully. Lettuce pieces were too big, meat & cheeses had not been pre-cut, and the only other topping was onion, and there was a lot of onion. Clearly no directions in back of what goes on each salad. I won’t be troubling Marco’s in Berwick again. The cost to value ratio is not in the customer’s favor. And, I already had enough attitude for one day that I did not need more when I stopped at Marco’s.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the meats(all meats pizza) are too salty for me(compared to all the pizza places on Abercorn extension). Except for that, everything else I ate was fine. Salads are so fresh, it’s like something freshly picked up from the garden. The pizza wasn’t uncooked nor overcooked, not oily. The staff were polite and fast(I’ve been there dozen times and never waited for more than 15 minutes).

Ordered Hawaiian pizza because pineapple does go on pizza and garlic parmesan wings. Food looked good and delicious. I knocked a star out because they forgot my dip that I paid extra for. Other than that, happy experience.
