1st time customer. Ordered 4 pizzas for pickup. The store was immaculate to start. The girl at counter was super friendly. Pizza was really good. The cheese bread was pretty fluffy and tasty. Will get again when back in town.

We attempted to order online with this coupon code. But the deal online was 11.99 for same pizza. After many attempts the price never came up to 11.99 or it wouldn’t let me use coupon code on mail flyer. I called store they couldn’t help with the coupon she said everything is done through their corporate office. This is the second time we’ve tried using a coupon and the wouldn’t work we went ahead and paid regular price then but not anymore. I am so upset, this is my last time to order from this restaurant.

My second delivery was worse than the first. Placed order, said it was being made for 40 minutes, then said it was on its way for 35 minutes when I am literally 7 minutes from their location. When the driver arrived in his loud car, he drove right past me and got out at my neighbors. I hollered multiple times that he was at the wrong house, and he looked back and went straight to ignoring me. Finally my neighbor had to tell him I had called him repeatedly. Sick of this place!

Didn’t even know this review was posted so I guess my son did it while we were driving home. So when I got the notification that I had a commitment on it I have to look into it…lol
Our local Marcos has closed down so I ordered online and drove nearly 30min to the one in the next town over. I personally LOVE Marcos and am tired of the other pizza places in my town. It was the 1st time at the one in Gray and I will say I was impressed. The store was extremely clean, the employees were focused and working hard in the back, not goofing off one bit, our order was spot on and totally what i was wanting. The young lady at the counter was very nice, polite, and helpful. I will be making the drive again. It was totally worth it.

I order here at least one a week or so, and they’re always fast, my food always hot, and the service is always great.
Today 12/23 they were BUSY, and understaffed. No one wanted to show up for their shift, and a mishap happened in the kitchen. To say the least, I waited over an hour on my order. The girl up front was extremely apologetic & seemed super overwhelmed but was managing.
I reassured them it was okay and I wasn’t upset. Things happen like this sometimes.
When I got home my food was wrong & cold. I contacted the store and they gave me a full refund. One bad day from a restaurant shouldn’t cause them to have a bad review… Marcos is the best pizza place in gray & they have their bad days as well.

First time customer ordered online last minute. Price was a decent for the amount of food ordered. I am very satisfied with everything and want to thank everyone who had a hand in preparing my order….from the person who accepted it online to the delivery lady who handed me my order. Everything was delicious, and the family sized Greek salad was A-1. Thank you again. Will definitely order again.

Absolutely wonderful service, with incredibly friendly staff and excellent customer service, fast service, and of course, the food. The pizzas and cheesy bread are consistently the best, and the pizzas only get better when you get garlic sauce as crust-topper. I love it, and my while family loves it.
Over all, it’s a 10/10, and I like going on weekends.
As an added note, the place is especially great for people who like smooth marinara and don’t enjoy having full chunks of tomato in their sauce. Their marinara is consistently smooth, and the pizzas always have just the right amount.

My first visit to Marcos. I walked in and the place was empty, there was one person working behind the counter and one person sitting at the counter. Two out of the six drinks were not working. When my food was ready they called my name, I looked up and it was at the counter boxed and bagged even though we were dining in. We served ourselves with the plastic knife that my wife got with her salad because there were no other options. The cheesy bread was pretty good. We ordered the ultimate pizza which is basically their supreme. It had so many mushrooms on it it could be renamed the mushroom pizza. Overall we were not that enthused. I spent $35, and I had to serve it myself and the top it off it really wasn’t that good. It was just not an attractive place to eat.
Next time I will wait for Chevy’s to be open.

My foods always hot and good, but absolutely do not order take out, your track orders not correct and will take drastically longer to get your pizza. Took 45 mins past time it said it would be here. And it says it been delivered and still no pizza. I called and they said I had another 15 minutes cause I was the 3rd to be delivered from my driver. Bottom line, great pizza but go get it yourself if possible.
