UPDATE: got the free pizza requested sweet BBQ sauce, chicken and bacon, look at it at the store looked fine, got home took a bite and the sauce was not bbq but hot sauce! I called back up there and manager said they could only replace if I came back that night not different day. I’ve over 20 minutes away and it was their screw up for the 3rd time! Sean i need your number to contact you directly, I still have the pizza to show you in person if need be.
Pizza had bubbles all over it where no meat, sauce or cheese was like this last time as well so that will be my last time getting pizza from there

The ladies were sweet as molasses and moved like it,too. I did customer service, so I get it. It gets busy. However, making 1 pizza at a time when you know you are already behind is ridiculous. I could have overlooked it a bit, but gloves. You have to wear glove when you prepare food in a restaurant setting. This was just a really bad first impression of your location. Probably will be the last one,too.

I don’t know why I even keep coming to this Dominos location. They either get my order wrong, over charge me, take forever to make anything. Never put enough toppings & the pizza is always either too doughy or too burnt. I got wings & a pizza tonight. I get to the car to check it & there’s hardly NO sauce at all on my small little 8 wings with black stuff all over them & my pizza was burnt, hardly had no toppings on it & wasn’t even cut all the way through at all. I take it back in & the tall guy goes “oh I can just put you a little bit more sauce on those wings for ya & the black stuff just looks like char from the oven it’s okay” excuse me? Yuck & my pizza when talking with him about it, I won’t even go there because he was EXTREMELY rude. $18 dollars WASTED. I will NOT be coming back to this location & after reading other peoples reviews they won’t be returning here either. I will instead be going to the other dominos location in Thomasville . You guys need to get it together this place is all undone & not to mention dirty. Don’t waste your time or money here

This Dominos is inside a walmart so its what you would expect. The person at the front was super nice and the food tasted good cheese was a little burnt for the loaded chicken. Other than that it was pretty good. I recommend getting the app and using deals.

Pizza was the worse I have ever bought anywhere!! I thought I ordered thin crust , but
crust was thick and tough! I think crust had been cooked some time and was warmed to serve. Tomato sauce was terrible tasting and mushrooms on top had not been cooked.
I had not been to Dominos in quite some time.
The changes I found definitely will keep me away!

On September 11 around 5:30 pm, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered in fast food. The tall male manager, who looked to be in his 30s, was extremely rude when I simply asked about crust options for the one-topping large pizza special. This was the Pizza Hut in Walmart.
At first, he told me it only came one way—which I knew wasn’t true since the online menu shows that options vary by store. When I mentioned that, he rattled off three crust types so quickly I couldn’t even catch them. It was obvious he acted like my question was an inconvenience, despite the fact that no other customers were in the store and he was just chatting with the female employee.
When I asked him politely to repeat the options, he told me to “just look at the menu.” He was full of attitude and condescension. Once again I asked if he could just tell me. Again he said “Look at the menu, it will tell you everything you need to know.” I explained that I didn’t have my glasses with me and couldn’t read it. For a manager to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. He made me feel stupid for asking a simple question. He also outright lied in the beginning by claiming there was only one crust type offered.
I will not be returning to this location because of his attitude and lack of professionalism. I do not want to run into him again. The young woman who checked me out whispered she was sorry. She even looked shocked by the way he spoke to me. From now on, I’ll stick with Little Caesars, where I’ve always been treated politely and respectfully.

Pizza was good, just not cut properly. Went to get one piece and it pulled the toppings off of the next piece. This happens every single time I order, this is just the first time I’m saying anything about it.

This was a nice little area inside the Walmart there. It was friendly and fast service. Served hot and fresh. It was very enjoyable. I recommended. It was also on a Saturday about 6:30 pm. I liked that I could sit down and eat also. We got a large hand tossed for $15.50 with taxes
