Food was mid at best. The pizza looked like frozen pizza, not Marco’s quality at all. I ordered a Chicken Fresco, which is supposed to be a white pizza, yet they used yellow cheese, which is not standard for that pizza at all. It was also put together very poorly.
To make matters worse, there was hair baked into my pizza — a short, thick brown/blondish hair. Completely unacceptable.
None of the employees were wearing gloves, not even the one making the pizza. I noticed this when I went through the drive-thru and felt hesitant, but since we ordered online, we felt stuck paying for the order anyway. I will not be returning.

It’s my first time ever at the location and most likely the last.. it’s pretty bad when customers are telling other customers as they are leaving, to check food before exiting because it’s often wrong. Sure glad we did, the kid definitely didn’t give us the sauces we asked for because they ran out on the line. Not sure why he couldn’t ask his 4 other coworkers for help. Most importantly this guy pictured, the delivery driver, does NOT need to be working with the public. Extremely rude and disrespectful to husband and then I walked in after hearing about it and he continued his horrible behavior. Will be contacting corporate about this. Shameful, we just MOVED HERE FROM OUT OF STATE, where Marcos is HUGE. The young lady working the counter was professional and kind. I’m so sorry she has to work this group of disrespectful men. Poor sweet girl.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago. We are still waiting on the pizza so I can’t review the quality of the food. While I understand it’s Halloween, and they are busy..I was fine waiting a little longer for the food. I ordered the food at 6:15 and the delivery time was 6:52 est. it is now 8:40 and we have not gotten anything. What makes it worse is you can’t get anyone on the phone at the store. I was on hold 20 minutes and the call disconnected. I called back, someone picked up the phone and said “hold” and never came back. Around this time (well over an hour since the estimated delivery time) I got an email saying the pizza was being prepped. Then 4 minutes later an email saying it was being put in the oven. At this point our food is either burnt to a crisp or ice cold (maybe?) unfortunately no one will answer the phone so I can figure out what’s going on. I would have been fine if I had called and someone said “hey, sorry it’s taking longer than usual because of the holiday” or even been given the option to pick it up myself. The inability to get a person to answer the phone is just ridiculous. If they can’t handle the business, they either need to put a hold on orders until they can catch up or not take orders at all.

I would give zero stats if possible. The last two times I have placed a pickup order at this location my order was not ready at time of pickup. I’m not talking about 5/10 minutes but 20/30 minutes or more! The first time, I chalked it up to they were just having a bad day. Today, I am placed my order online at 5:49 and my confirmation email said my order would be around 6:09. I arrived at 6:19 to pick up my pizzas but my order had not even been started. The guy at the counter said they were short handed and would go check on my order. He walked to the back and never came back! At 6:54 my order still was not even close to being ready so I asked for a refund. Still no sign of the first guy from the counter who was checking on my order? I was given a refund and told if I wanted to wait, I could still take the order. I waited another few minutes with no sign of a pizza so went home and had Ramen noodles for dinner instead. So long Marco’s! Never again!

Ordered pizza at 5:26 pm. Deliver time said 6:06. Fast forward to 6:15. No update in app..I called, put on hold fir 15 minutes. Guy picks up, looks for my order. Hangs up on me. Call back. On hold 10 minutes again. Start making my kids backup dinner. Guy picks up again. They have no idea if they are making it. I ask them to cancel. He said “Okay. We hope you choose Marco’s again”. I laughed in shock and hung up. I will NEVER order again. How is this place still in business?

Update: They have redeemed themselves in my eyes a bit. I ordered delivery, and they sent it via door dash. I hate door dash, they never show up and if they do it’s cold or someone else’s order so I called and complained and they remade the whole order and let me come pick it up instead. Great service, and the food quality has improved drastically since my original (1 star) review. (Pics show difference) Give them a shot again if you haven’t in a while. 10/10 for their staff tonight. Thanks again guys!

Original review: They force you to use the drive thru to pick up orders but ignore you for 15 mins at the window.. they don’t answer the phone at all, forcing you to order online. When they do finally talk to you they’re rude and disrespectful.
If you hate toppings covering you entire pizza this is the place for you.
If you hate eating hot pizza and want to wait 30 mins in line to pick it up while it cools completely, this is where you want to go.

I love Marcos but after this experience, we are done. I called the store to report what looked like hair in my pizza and Tyler , the manager was like “anyone can put a hair there” We spend a ton of money at this place and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but no more at this location.

I LOVE Marco’s pizza! I usually order the Med Deluxe with some substitutions. But Thursday night I ordered something different from my usual, a “Build-your-own pizza.” Something about it was just off, bland. I went back on Saturday to try and find out what happened. They didn’t know but they gave me a new “Build-your-own” with the double cheese (like the Deluxe) and jalopeno peppers. Ah, life is good. Back to normal. Excellent pizza! Thanks, guys! You’ve restored my faith in the taste of Marco’s Pizza! (I can’t esplain what happened to the other pizza. Maybe it was the double cheese?)

Called a few times and tried to place an order. They would answer the call and hang up, just let the phone ring, or just not answer and let there be empty space when we called in to place an order. That happened each time I called in. Finally, somebody answered just to say they were putting us on hold. We ended up going down the street to a restaurant that was happy to take our order. We eat here a lot, I have noticed service going down hill for a while, however this is unacceptable. Might need to look at hiring more people or you might loose customers.

Nobody answering the phone, no call to say order was lost, no deliver after saying it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Nearly 3 hours later, still no delivery. Called back to see what was going on and request refund only to be told our order had been sitting ready for quite some time.
