If I could select 0 stars I would!!!!! DONT EAT HERE !!!!!!!! I ordered a pizza couple weeks back my pizza was not what I requested and paid for , however I was able to get in contact with a guy that works there and told him what was going on with my order . He gave me the option to come back in and he’ll remake it for me or I can return on a future date to get my order remade . I went with the second option because I was on lunch break and didn’t have time like that so he got my name and number and told me all I have to do is call and give them my name and number and credit would be situated. OK fast forward 2 weeks and I call to get my replacement order redeemed. The lady over the phone says I can’t find your info on here and hung up on me!! So I said let me go up here to see what’s going on. I walk in she greets me im like hello I was just on the phone with someone trying to get my order placed. She catches a attitude rolling her neck saying she the manager nothing is being remade because there’s not a credit on this number. Im like omg what? It could’ve been that yall was too busy that the cashier accidentally forgot to put the credit in. The “manager ” says to me the guys that was here not answering. I said we’ll your the manager i have my receipt so its obvious im not lying about my order she walked off and started back working coughing in the air not covering being rude and spitting while your talking to a customer is disrespectful.. long story short I still didn’t get my replacement a waste of money and time…. yall need to do better with the hiring process I wouldn’t want a Karen being thee face of my company.. this explains there 3.2 rating score!!!!!!

Ordered a pizza at 6pm while it was snowing but roads were clear and everything. Got there for the pickup at 6:45pm and they didn’t have our order anywhere in the system or anything even though I called and placed the order and confirmed. Went in the store to pick up and ended up witnessing one of the female employees verbally abusing another. The employee answering the phone and at the computer was very overwhelmed as many places weren’t open. We were very understanding and okay with waiting. Then the female employee started cussing out other customers trying to place an in person order claiming they were “inconsiderate”. The employee answering phones got a ring and this female employee then started screaming in her ear that she better not take anymore orders and was calling this poor employee many different explicit names and you could obviously tell this employee was scared and uncomfortable. She then proceeded to yell at the people on the phone explicit things as well. We ended up just walking out and leaving. It was horrible to see this one employee verbally attacking the other employee and customers. I understand being stressed due to the winter storm and not having many people working but the way she treated people was uncalled for and honestly concerning.

Ordered two pizzas, got there to pick up and was informed only one was ready and it was informed one pizza was given out by mistake. 1000% acceptable, mistakes happen. I asked very politely to have both pizzas remade so I wouldnt end up with one cold pizza and one hot. Response “we can make the one or refund one, take it or leave it”. I opened the box in front of a member and informed them of why I would be reaching out to management. My first pizza was cold to the touch, my second pizza was undercooked and the cheese wasn’t melted. Absolutely worst experience! Both pizzas went into the trash.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Marcos newest topping includes TEETH. I ordered this last night and brought to work and had the shock of my life when I almost had my own tooth almost break from biting this one. I’ve already spoken with the store about it but was told it’s “normal” to have a bone (entire tooth showing where a root would be) in the meat. I was also told that they don’t even order it because of the “surprises” the meat holds. Oh but no worries everyone, they can give me a $3 store credit for my “troubles”.

This has been the most hilarious of all. I will preface that I did order from grubhub and that they may be part of the culprit. However, one third of the order was missing and what arrived looked like it survived the Daytona 500. I do not recommend doing Marco’s on a food delivery platform. But, I’ll also caution Marco’s on the platforms they chose to deliver with. This experience has actually made me and my household say … NO MORE MARCO’S!!! Period. And yea, like all, I’ll share to go to Johnny’s with all my friends and family too! In pics, the grease marks clearly indicate how they feel about the quality of their food. Tipped over much??

i placed a order 45mins ago it said it will be delivered around 10:45 then it said delivered nobody ever came and i called they dumb as talkin bout they didnt get the order at all but my money was took i got receipts they are horrible

Order a sausage mag, supposedly be well done it wasn’t, it comes with garlic crust it didn’t, called to talk to lady in charge and she ask me can I eat it and that owner told them they couldn’t take it back. Very upset and I will never eat at this location again

Staff were nice and pizza was good but nothing to brag about.I would eat there again .I had the Hawaiian type pizza and added some hot honey to it.I should try a more traditional style and write another review.

When they first opened it was decent. But now we have received 2 deliveries where the pizzas were incorrectly made, toppings I paid for not added. I was told that it would be added to my account but there is no refund.

And when I picked up pizza’s I had to wait a few (no issues), but the staff were making pizzas without gloves, and pulling out their phone then going back to adding toppings to pizzas.

Truly liked the chain to begin with but no longer want to go back!
