When ordering my pizza for carryout I could barely hear the person taking the order they were not speaking in a normal voice and when I asked them to repeat themselves about was this the right location they just softly said yeah! I think more training needs to be done on the phone as far as proper customer service and manners the person was not rude, but immediately put doubts in my mind about ordering here but I went ahead and did that. He said it would be 15 minutes I got there a few minutes before walked in pizza was ready to go I thought well this is very unusual cuz I was just a little bit early but I was okay with it, when we got home and opened our pizza it was very dry looked over cooked I didn’t ask to see it before I walked out, should have!
Very disappointed with the pizza was like cardboard!!!¡Marco’s used to be the best pizza around this is not the first time that I have been disappointed since they moved to the new location new.

Great food and service..I was late getting there almost 12:30 and they close at 12. I called and the employee said he would wait on me to get there. Then when I arrived he had a good attitude about it. Great customer service skills

This location is horrible. They will not make your pizza correctly. They will leave off items on delivery order. Then when I called to speak with somebody, they were disrespectful and dismissive. I went to the store and was promised a refund and never received it.

My husband did a pickup order and noticed one of our pizzas was thoroughly burned. He notified the employee and the employee made us a replacement. The pizza was good, but I’ve noticed multiple reviews mention the fact that their pizzas were burned. Burned pizzas should not be given out to paying customers.

Every time I go I experience the same thing. The young people that are in here that has absolutely NO idea of Customer Service. There’s a girl at the front counter that literally moves at her pace and her pace only for everything. Every last one of the people in there Saturday night were either sitting down, on their phone, taking their lovely time. Phone was ringing and the girl at the front was dragging her feet. It took her forever to come ask me what I needed. This guy was on his phone and didn’t budge when I came in. The drink machine has been empty for days and when I went on Thursday they literally went and got me a HOT Pepsi from the back. If there are drinks in the back why are they not being stocked in the drink machine in the front. This establish really needs a reality check because this is not like any other Marcos I’ve been too.

We were at your restaurant on 01/11/25 to pick up a To Go order.
I would especially like to commend the staff at this particular location, for their ability to work under pressure and the capacity to maintain their patience with us on this particular busy day as their customers and including through the often chaotic and trying times of the unusual Snow related weather in Atlanta.
I’ve seen or witnessed a few customers behave rude and irrational a few times at the restaurant.
To my amazement it was handled with respect and compassion by the leadership.
Thereby, avoiding a volatile situation.

In addition, I would also like to acknowledge this new location, for their courtesy, friendliness, professionalism and maintaining a clean, safe restaurant.
The food presentation was superb as well as appetizing and VERY tasty, also the Soft drinks and dessert recommendations were well suited with our meals.
Under the leadership of Mr. Mir, Owner/Manager who runs the restaurant like a well oiled machine he has already proven himself to be a huge asset.
It always truly starts with the Leadership.
My Take out-transactions experiences have always been handled in a professional and timely manner; this has enabled me to maintain my often tight schedule.
I will continue to be a customer at this new Marco’s Pizza location as I feel this restaurant is the model for quality customer service experience To Go orders as well.
I truly love Marco’s PIzza and actually this is my favorite location due to those helpful employees.
They’ve set standards and the raised bar. -:)
Whenever, I do see a Marco’s Pizza commercial I am reminded of the great teamwork within all of them.
