For starters I’m 4.8 miles from the store and they always deliver. Now that it’s a Friday night they don’t deliver to me. Whatever I’ll go get it. Drive there in the rain go in and there is 2 delivery drivers sitting on their phone. The main cook guy I guess? And 3 girls. All the girls are in crocs, one don’t even have socks on.. There is another one with long pink nails playing with the dough… I try to pay for my food and get out of this gross place and the guy tried all 3 tap swipe and inserting my card.. Every time it said canceled, he was holding the button. He made me go to QT ATM and draw cash out.. This experience is rated a 0.0 , I’ll not eat here again…

We ordered Marco’s in Salisbury NC. Very good pizza. So I decided to get a pie from the local shop. I have to say it was very disappointing. Went in at 2:00 pm. Greet by an older gentleman. I said I wanted to order a pizza. He just looked at me. Then looked at his phone and then looked back into the kitchen then instructed me to take a seat. There was no activity in the kitchen. Seemed a slow time for a pizza shop. After I took a seat he went into the back. I had to assume he was not comfortable in taking an order. Given all this, I simply left.

Awful. Such a shame. The pizza is delicious but the service is awful awful awful. I’ve gotten pizzas delivered without cheese, wrong ingredients, driver left my pizza/salad at the store. They don’t honor coupons etc. Every time I’ve ordered from them, something is amiss. When I call, they make excuses and they don’t make it right. You either get offered extra points or a free pizza with your next order. I did an order ahead for a birthday party with a set delivery time and our order was over an hour late from the scheduled delivery time. Just went to a birthday party on Saturday and when I found out they ordered from Marco’s, I told them to not expect things to go as planned. As expected, the pizza arrived 15 minutes before the party ended. 3 and 4 year olds ate cake and chips because they couldn’t wait for the pizza to arrive. When the pizza did arrive, they were mediums, not larges (as my friend had ordered). We ordered from them regularly, even with all the issues, but now we’ve moved on to Pizza Azzurri for delivery.

Worst Pizza Place, there was never control of the place the food might not look the best and there’s a reason. The owner hired teens to run the shop and in 2 months most would quit because everyone would always be lazy to get the job done! Aka Trinasouris and Hannah Montana most lazy and crusty people ever. ( they don’t clean their hands when making your pizza! and would leave to the bathroom and would stay there for hours and I’m sure they had diarrhea or something) Beware and hope they get fired soon. Thank you for your day remember to always go to a different Marcos. Seriously Trust In This Review.

As a former employee of marco’s pizza, I was extremely disappointed when I went in to place my order for carry out. Not one employee had a hat or hair net on and I observed an employee picking up items from the dirty floor and putting them back into the makeline. I am serve safe certified in Georgia and was disgusted by the actions I saw of the 3 employees tonight . I also observed that no employees were wearing uniforms, again against marco’s policy , I also did not notice a health score card visible in the lobby.
