My experience was solid. I ordered over the phone, and my food was ready in about 20 minutes, which is pretty quick. They offer a good variety of pizza options—you can mix and match toppings or build your own. The pizza itself was fairly good: crispy on the outside with a soft interior.
I also want to mention the staff. They were very nice and polite during my visit. I’ve walked by a few times before and noticed some people leaving upset about how they were spoken to, but personally, I had no issues. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t experience any problems or concerns. In fact, they technically messed up my order—but in a good way. They added extra toppings by mistake, which ended up being a positive surprise.
I don’t usually order pizza for takeout or delivery, but for someone like me who doesn’t do it often, I’d say this was on the better side. What typically turns me away from fast-food pizza is the sauce and cheese, and while this spot still had a bit of that same issue, it was much better than most chain places.
If you’re not making pizza at home from scratch or going to a dedicated brick-oven pizzeria, this is a pretty good option.
I sent my daughter to pick up pizza and wings from the Marco’s Pizza on Brown Bridge Road, and what we got was an absolute joke.
I ordered both pizzas WELL DONE – neither one was even close.
I ordered ORIGINAL crust – both pizzas came with thin crust.
I ordered the wings WELL DONE – they were soft and undercooked, not crispy at all.
And let’s talk about these wings… they are TINY. Some of the drumsticks didn’t even have meat all the way around the bone. It’s honestly ridiculous to charge what they charge for wings like that.
This place is overpriced, careless, and disappointing. Orders are wrong, food quality is poor, and clearly no one is paying attention. This is hands down the worst place to get pizza and wings, and I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone going here.
Save your money and your time – go literally anywhere else.
Update (1/2026): The owner responded to this review on Google Maps but did not respond to my customer review survey, so these responses are for optics to try and do damage control on the internet. No resolution attempt has been made, in good faith; to address the customer experience issues. My original review still stands.
Unfortunately, when I ordered the same pizza today, 11/2/2025, from the location above, the pizza had very little toppings, and the cheese and sauce was pretty much nonexistent. I was shocked because the pizza’s I ordered in the past from Marco’s were always wonderful and had plentiful toppings, including cheese and sauce. I did not mind paying the price for the pizza and giving a tip. I was baffled and I decided to call the restaurant and let them know how dissatisfied I was with the pizza. I spoke to the manager of the restaurant and told him my pizza had very little toppings, hardly any cheese, vegetables, sauce, and meat. Instead of trying to satisfy his loyal customer, the Manager told me that in the past the cooks were over topping the pizza and the pizza I received was prepared per there corporate training, which means less toppings on your pizza but the price of the pizza is the same price as the so called “over topping pizza”. What kind of craziness is that!!!!! I will not be ordering from that Marco’s again. I just wanted to let everybody know about this nonsense and if you agree with me let’s boycott Marco’s on Brown Bridge Road in Covington, GA. If you agree with me let’s talk and set up a meeting.
Thankfully, there is no shortage of other pizza joints who are quite happy to take my money…..
