I haven’t been to a Marco’s Pizza since I stopped being the GM of a Kentucky location in 2022. I ordered a small deluxe, cauliflower crust Pizza for $18.99. On the wall there is a very large sign that has add ons for $7.99. As long as you purchase a certain amount. ( which I did ) I was told that special was only for online ordering. Yet nowhere does it say that on the poster. Not even in the small print. At my store, the guest would have got that price and would have left happy. Customer service at this store is lacking.

PLEASE READ! Ordered online since I saw on the menu the Pizzoli so decided to give it a try. Went into the establishment just so I can be there to pick it up as soon as it came out the oven. I’m so glad I went in because if I didn’t there’s no telling what type of germs could have contaminated my food. On 12/26/2025 whoever was working on that shift about 4:15pm you need to make sure you understand the codes and ethics into dealing with customers food. Firstly wash your freaking hands! I literally witnessed a young lady cash out a customer and went back into the kitchen and started touching dough and all the ingredients with her bare hands. Are you freaking kidding me! I cancelled my order expeditiously and I will never in this life return.

Typically, we absolutely love, Marcos Pizza. We love the thin crust, and the toppings and the sauce are always incredible.
Except for today, I was absolutely shocked. I placed an order online to pick up like an hour later. Up a little bit early and they had not started it yet, which was fine. But the guy at the register, I watched him handling cash with a customer right in front of me, Answering the telephone, then he said we’ll get started on your pizza right now. I watched him walk back, Open the refrigerator to get the dough out. Did not put on a pair of gloves.!!!!!! His coworker back there, hat on gloves. But he made my entire Pizza with his bare hands. I walked up to the counter to look I thought maybe he had on some of the opaque gloves rather than the black ones but no, he was barehanded. The gentleman wearing the clothes asked if I needed anything and I said no I was just looking to make sure that guy was actually not wearing gloves. So much for his “clean safe” training

If you want good customer service don’t go here. If that doesn’t matter, the pizza was very good. The young lady at the pick up window was sitting on a stool and also using her vape right at the window. I thought maybe she had an injury or something and that’s why she was sitting but she got up and got my pizzas after I waited in the pick up line for 25 min.

Despite ordering and paying for our pizza several days in advance for a 6:10 pm pickup, we were met with delays. Staff repeatedly claimed it was “in the oven,” which defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. Our order was not ready until 6:34.

Great pizza. We like to order a regular pizza and a crustless pizza. We enjoy the Upside discount which is significant. The dining area is very quiet albeit a little cluttered with boxes of napkins and stuff. The people were very friendly and helped us with the options. We like this place and when you crave pizza, Marco’s satisfies that ‘gotta have it’!

Good pizza place as far as franchised pizza goes. Staff can be hit or miss but it’s never horrible. If you want pizza it’s a good choice. The deals could be better like their competitors.

I haven’t ordered from this location in years bc of the service and the food quality. Today I gave it a second try and I’m livid! I will never ever again order from aiken Marco’s again. First off they canceled my order through grubhub with no explanation. So we sat here waiting for an hour on food that wasn’t coming. Then I reordered and when we got it the food was friggin cold and nasty. We also paid extra for thick crust on one of the pizzas and it most def wasn’t thick crust. Y’all need to get your crew in check! And who ever is shift lead or whatever… this is on you.
