Sometimes, it’s hard to get through to a person on the phone at this location. The phone rings and hangs up and you have to try again. The pizzas we have ordered are consistently good. However, the last time we ordered, we received a grilled chicken pizza with mushrooms instead of the tomatoes we had ordered. It was good, but not the combination we wanted.

Dominos is fast and predictable. The food is good, but the bill is not cheap. I have had issues ordering online in the app so I call the store and do it the old fashioned way. Dominos is dominos. But it should be less expensive than it is and my local dominos doesn’t honor the deals I get in my emails that are supposedly national deals. Go figure. Frustration looms when ordering from them. Overall I give them three stars.

I’ve ordered from here twice now for delivery and the pizza is so darn good! I get hand tossed style with pepperoni and then another with just cheese for my picky son. Today when I ordered it took a little longer than expected but that was just fine. To my surprise I received an email shortly after the delivery saying that the delivery was basically not up to their standards and I could choose a discount or points! Thank you so much for the kind gesture! The pizza and service is excellent here! I’ll continue to order from this establishment!

I placed an order for my pizza from this location last night. The pizza took forever to arrive. And when it did arrive it was cold. Not only was it cold the pizza wasn’t cut. And the cinnamon twists were half empty with no icing. It was a bad order. But I wanted to give them the chance to make it right. So I called today to see what they could do for me. Maybe it was a busy night. Things happen. And honestly I was thinking they would replace my order.. but instead was told they could make a new order and charge me all over again. So basically there was nothing they could do. But if I wanted to order the order again I could. It’s sad to see customer service is no longer a priority at dominos. It’s not about the money it was about doing the right thing.
