Ordered online at 4:45. Usually quick delivery. Wheels fell off tonight. Called four times and was repeatedly put on hold without anyone answering. 5th times a charms.. over an hour and food was “about to leave store”. Now 6:30 still no food or explanation as to what time we may receive our order. At least answer the phone and let customers know.

As you can see below where the company responded, they do not address the quality of the product.
I ordered a calzone and had it delivered with Uber eats. The order was not correct and as you can see with the picture there was no filing and I requested no garlic and it was covered in garlic so I called the manager on duty to express my concerns. He told me sorry but since you ordered with Uber eats there is nothing he can do. He agreed the company policy was not right but I was out of luck. I explained that the issue is the quality of product and not delivery and that I just wanted a good product that I paid for. He refused to give me his name when asked for it and hung up on me. I attempted to file a report online with the feedback but it only allows me to place an order and not provide the feedback. I will not be back if this is the way customers are treated.

This is a brand new Marco’s Pizza that has opened on highway 41 in Mount Pleasant. I stopped in to do a carry-out order and it is clear that they are new and everyone is still learning. it look like they had a lot of new staff that they were training. The store was clean and everyone was very friendly. They were super busy so I had to wait a bit but the pizza was delicious. It had plenty of toppings and was good and hot. hopefully the pizza stays this good after they’ve been open a while.

First time ever having Marcos and was pleasantly surprised. Sauce taste was very similar to Dominos which I liked. Crust had a nice chew to it and was cooked perfectly. Only thing I would say was that the crust was a little bland in comparison to competitors but I think I saw the ability to customize that on the site, so maybe I just missed am opportunity to do so.
Also, the pizza was on time and completed very quickly with the correct toppings.
