I can’t speak negative of the employees. They were all super busy and extremely friendly. However, food wasn’t even close to Chipotle standards. I’ve been to at least 20+ Chipotle locations nationwide and this was the most disappointed I have ever been. I ordered for my work office of 6 people and not one person was happy with their order. I understand that a lot of Chipotle’s typically short you on Mobile / Online orders but this was ridiculous. I mean, EVERYTHING was off and light on the quantities. Unfortunately for this Chipotle there is a Taco Maya in the same lot that is 1000% better and won’t ever pull something like this to you. Save your time, frustration and money. If you MUST have Chipotle the one in Park Ridge is good.

Chipotle is my favorite fast food but this location has let me down on multiple occasions. Last time. Going elsewhere from now on. This time I ordered a burrito and the server put 2 serving spoonfuls of rice. Good you say? No. that means less of the items that offer more flavor AND it’s so big the tortilla tore and they double layered it leaving a burrito that was mostly tortilla and and rice. Dry and flavorless. There is a training and management issue at this location in my opinion. No one is setting the standard for the servers.

We came to this chipotle to eat and the tables are filthy not to mention the restrooms. Nobody cares to wipe the tables down or refill the plastic utensils, I had to wipe our own tables. Second thing, we got our food and the chips were stale and hard to chew. We asked to have them replaced and the cashier didn’t care, all she did was ask another employee and then come back and say they are all the same but I still wanted them swapped out and she kept insisting that they were all made at the same time and she refrained from taking the bag I had for a different one. Will not be coming here again!

I paid for steak, and they put a ton of fat chunks in my bowl. Not to mention, there were hard onion skins in the fajita vegetables. Pro-tip: trim the meat before you cook it so it’s easier to see the fat, Aunt peel the onions before you chop and cook them.

I want to thank the entire staff at this Chipotle. After my food was ordered, I had the opportunity to speak with the cashier. I asked her if she was having a good day. She told me no, and I appreciated her honesty. She went on to tell me that someone called in, so the cooks were on the front line making folks meals. The one young man stated he had no clue what he was doing. I’m so grateful and thankful for them helping. It was a really busy day as there was a concert going on, so there were a lot of people out. Thank yoy for getting it done with a smile!

I Mobile Ordered, as I usually do, and was very disappointed in how much food I got. I even opted to select the “extra option” for the lettuce, cheese, and rice, but you tell me if that looks “extra”. You know you’re not getting what you paid for today when you can see BOTH ends of the bottom of the Bowl. The food was fine, and the order was made correctly, but I cannot get over the fact of how little food I received.

I don’t really write negative reviews and complain, but I’ve had enough with this specific location. It’s like management trains their staff to not listen to customers and their requests. The amount of times I’ve asked for extra rice in my carry out order just for it not to be fulfilled is disgusting.

Received my order with missing/incorrect toppings. Requested extra rice but got normal serving. I’ve only been to this location once but their steak is so salty compared to the other locations we go to. Not worth $20 for the bowl that I got.

I had order veggie bowls but they are not good they put some chicken pieces in that too I think they do mix all items together so by accidentally put it but, that means I had wasted my money and without food.
