I will never be ordering food from this location Ever again. I ordered a bowl and a bag of chips. Not only the chips were not even Chips . They were Crunchy taco shells and my bag had a chewed gum in it . I have attached a picture to prove. I was not only shocked, but felt disgusted how People think this kind of behavior is OK. I think they did this because I ordered from Uber Eats 10 minutes before closing on Uber Eats. I work as a server, I would never do this to my customers. Of course there has been times where I wanted to, but it’s never something ACT ON.

Whoever trained the guy, who did chips today (march 2. 26) deserves a raise. Also the tallest guy with tattoos remembers what I get and always has good charisma. Spectacular compared to other locations. Never had a problem. Great portions, where others skimp you. I will return !!! Great job

Today I visited the location and ordered two burritos on the asada plate. I left with a double charge for meat that I hadn’t ordered. I didn’t realize until I checked my receipt that I had been overcharged on one of the dishes. I took my time to go and claim the extra charge that I never asked for. Note: I’ve noticed that when you order extra, they mark the plate or put a token on it or something like that, and in my case, the plates weren’t even marked. The proof is in the photos, and they didn’t want to refund me for the extra charge because I had to return the food.

I pay for extra lettuce every single time I order a bowl from this location on my mobile app, for the chipotlane. And every single time i get way less than a regular portion of lettuce. So half a regular amount of lettuce when I add and pay for Extra Lettuce. So much money down the drain, just for me to have to chop up more lettuce of my own at home. It’s a small thing but it’s annoying, only with this location. So much of my money gone.

I online order once a week for my son and today I open the bag for the first time, and find a child size burrito.
I ask my son and he says that almost all his orders come smaller from this location.
They’ve been literally cheating me this entire time without me realizing, didn’t know I have to inspect.
Better off going to the Mannheim location for better service and fair portions.
Average burrito is around 560 grams at all other locations. The one we got from this location was 372 grams.
They are skimming/stealing 34% on each order.
I spoke with the manager and he admitted that this burrito is small and his employees “need training.”
Based on the amount of times this has occurred and other reviews I just read, seems like the employees were trained to rip people off.

The staff are lazy and rude. The food is terrible which I can’t understand how they mess it up. I live 3 mins away and rather drive to the one near Target. Can’t wait to see what the building will becomes next.

ordered a veggie bowl, as the guy at the counter is making it, he gets to the the end he says “oh we don’t have guac” uhm i’m being charged the same price as a meat bowl, BECAUSE I GET GUAC FOR FREE. I don’t get their high calorie garbage rice and I wouldn’t have ordered from here if he had been upfront about it. They could have charged me less, or told me up front. The manager was rude, and unapologetic. The employees were standing around doing nothing and clearly had no idea how to make a bowl. Horrible experience, bad chipotle. THANKS FOR LETTUCE.
