Placed an order online at 2pm for 3pm for my break, I arrived at 303pm and was told it would be 7 more minutes. I left got gas and came back and at 320 its still not finished. I ordered ahead assuming id be able to eat the food I already paid for on my break. T wasnt until i stopped a different employee to ask him if they started it yet for somone to work on my order at 330. When i got my food, the buffalo chicken pizzoli had no buffalo sauce. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have any type of time restraints.

Spent my last $30 on pizza and they gave my busy away on a busy night to another customer after confirming with me minutes before it was ready. My car was totaled a week prior the two pizzas I ordered were supposed to feed my small children for that day and the day after while I wait until I can get another ride to the store. NOT ONLY WILL IT TAKE 6 days for my money to come back to my card but we are without food and all I got was a sorry for the mistake no next pizza is on us or we will just remake the pizza free of charge or nothing . They simply just said oh well anything else we can do . I honestly will never eat here again .

I just picked up my pizza. The folks were really nice and I even got a military discount of 15%. That was nice! All of the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The pizza was cooked to perfection, no burnt crust or toppings, just pure delight. I will visit them again.

The inconsistency is truly appalling. They can’t seem to consistently read orders, repeatedly ignoring crust toppers and their website almost always incorrectly estimates the completion time of the order. This location sucks.
Between people working the register not paying attention and delivery drivers parking in front of driveways and blocking people from pulling in, they need to work on the service aspect. It’s Marco’s pizza so it’s as good as you should expect, but Jesus are the mental errors seeming to become an issue.
Edit: They have started really skimping on the toppings especially their 1 topping pizza’s. Not only that, but their pizza crust toppers that you select when ordering online have been repeatedly ignored when we have placed an order.
Edit: The pizza’s are disheveled upon delivery after nearly an hour post order placement. This location is getting atrociously sloppy.
Edit on Dec 3rd 2023: Again, ordered pizza is disheveled in the boxes due to an utter lack of care from yet another delivery driver. This location is utterly abysmal. A downright embarrassment for the Marco’s brand.
Edit on January 27th 2024: They cannot ever seem to put the crust toppers on with any regularity. Truly, one of the laziest and most inconsistent locations.

I love Marcos and usually have no problems. Ordered a curbside pick up for 4:30 for a birthday party, order didn’t come out until 4:40 – no big deal but after checking my bag I noticed the family size Greek salad I ordered did not have grilled chicken in or on it. I went in to ask if they leave it on the side and forgot it and the guy at the counter said “oh no, we put it on the salad not on the side” I said okay, but there is not Grilled Chicken on or in my salad and he says to “yes there is, I’m afraid” like I was lying about it. He did offer to remake it and give me a credit which is nice but I don’t like being treated like I lied about something. I understand mistakes happen but I don’t think it’s good customer service to treat your customers like this. Salad picture for “proof”

One of the few pizza places that deliver in the Red Bank area. Was very pleased to find the pizza was really pretty good. Love the pizza dough / crusts, and they never short you on cheese. Before listening to any reviews on here (mine included) give them a try. We’ve ordered 7 or 8 times from this location and rarely had an issue. If we have it was promptly corrected. Recommended.

First time coming here. Was told pizza was bogo. Had to go off menu price; though that’s not advertised. I ordered hamburger and extra cheese, my gf ordered pepperoni and mushrooms. Her pizza had more cheese than mine..I got jipped.. I believe twice. $17.99 for two pizza that, in my opinion, were the quality of cicis.. I expected at least Lil ceasars

The door dash driver Marcos chose to use for delivery of my order parked the front of her car in my lawn. Of which I spend time, money and effort to care for. When I mentioned it, and asked her to move her car off my lawn, she cussed me out like I was in the wrong. When I called the store and asked for a manager, he explained that they have no responsibility over anything door dash delivery does, which is incorrect once they choose to subcontract their delivery to a third party. But his district manager happened to be there and did apologize and offer me $15 off my next order. As if I’d ever order from here again.

Today I ordered a large 2 topping pizza with extra cheese. I literally received 8 little pieces of Italian sausage and a few black olives which was the other topping. Not what I usually receive when I order this pizza. They skimped out on the toppings which is not how you keep your customers coming back.
