Just ordered pizza for my employees. The food arrived on time, however the box for the pepperoni pizza was completely saturated with grease and dripping all over the floor. While I understand pepperoni is a greasy pizza topping, that just seems a bit excessive.

Great location and customer service but wings are awful. $10 plus for a few wings and they are fat ridden. Seems to be the new norm. Hate Marcos is following suit. Pizza is good but overpriced for a chain. They apparently don’t understand what extra sauce means as well.
Their website is probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Tracking is abysmal, why would a national company allow such awful tracking (it’s because you already ordered and they are getting paid). Awful remote tracking and orders. Good luck everyone, maybe you get what you ordered but probably not. And who knows when it arrives at your door.
Edit w pics: Ordered again and I received the worst wings I have ever seen, see pics. 10 count wing was left over crumbled wings. Switching from 3 to 1 stars. Will never order from this store again. Not sure what happened but done with this store.

ive ordered here before &never had a problem. today the cashier was looking at me like a dog that got caught in the trash bin. i get home &everything is soaking wet drenched in puddles of oil. bro what would possess u to do this, obviously i wont be back but u applied &drive to work &clock in?nobody is forcing u, yall know ur dead wrong for this. look at the napkin that was holding this one slice lmaoo?? thru the box is crazy ik im not trippin

Amazing food, employees are polite and professional, and my pizza is always ready when I walk in! My daughter also left her tablet on the bench outside accidentally and the employees found it and held it inside for me, I was beyond grateful!

Ordered two large extra cheese and two cinnamon squares. One dropped and they offered to fix it and I declined and just got the refund for the item. That’s not the issue and rep was nice. The issue is that when I come home there is no extra cheese and all I see is the red sauce through the cheese. The person (male) who took my order over the phone was not knowledgeable of the order. Even when I arrived I asked him if he got the extra cheese he looked at the receipt and said yes but a clear as day even on the receipt extra cheese is not coded. This by far was my worst experience with Marcos and I get pizza weekly (so I know what extra cheese is) and now I have to find another pizza spot for my daughters weekly treat

Excellent customer service experience here today. I mistakenly placed the wrong order and forgot to include the toppings for a pizza on a pick-up order. Upon noticing this when I picked it up, they gladly re-ordered another with the toppings I desired and did it with a smile on their face. Sam and Nia were the young ladies at the front who demonstrated this awesome level of service so I felt compelled to share their greatness with my review for this wonderful experience.
