Delicious Columbian cuisine. Cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Friendly, knowledgeable recommendations. Family owned & operated business. The hospitality was off the charts I felt like I was invited in their home & they cooked everything with so much love & heart.
A must try.
Will be back to try everything on the menu.

I ordered Bandeja paisa and they served it with colombian beens, not pinto beans. Food is delicious and plates are big. They have different options to eat. The place is very small and it is always full, staff is friendly.

Homey, authentic Colombian spot in Hawthorne. Came here on a Tuesday evening for dinner and got seated immediately. Indoor dining only. Credit cards accepted. They spoke in Spanish but there also pictures on the menu for non-Spanish speakers. The atmosphere felt as though you were invited into someone’s home to eat.
We split a bandeja paisa which provided a little sampling of everything (blood sausage, asada, and chorizo) plus rice, beans, avocado, and plantains. The portion sizes are very generous and even with two people, we didn’t finish everything. It was nice to be able to enjoy a leisurely meal in a family-owned setting.

Really great service! Carlos took the time to explain what each dish was and what the drinks were. The food came out pretty quick considering we were a large group, and everything was hot and full of flavor! I had the lomo and tried a beef empanada. Will be coming back to try more!

Wonderful Columbian deli that I had never tried with almost a decade in the area. Had one of the family specials with corn soup (sopa de maíz) and mashed potatoes (puré de papas), rice (arroz) and a chicken leg (pollo guisado), all
Also tried the bandeja paisa which is a little bit of everything on one page: steak, chorizo, chicharrón, yucca, plantain, rice, all excellent

I came here looking for chocolate and ended up meeting an incredibly hospitable family running an authentic Colombian cafe. I sat down for brunch and was given samples first from Chef Carlos.
It felt like visiting family. I can not recommend this place enough. This is one of those special spots.
Edit: went back again for the Caldo De Costilla! Pic added
