Absolutely horrible!! Food=Horrible, Customer Service=Horrible!
I ordered a steak and cheese. I got it and it came with absolutely NO meat on it. If it were me, I would be embarrassed to even serve something like this to one of my customers. I called in to file a complaint and spoke with the manager on duty and I was told “oh well that’s just Marco’s protocol now. We measure everything out”. UNREAL!
I will never be going back!!

Originally planned to order a small cheese pizza and 10 traditional buffalo wings. Worker was nice enough to tell us it would be cheaper through a deal to upgrade to a medium pizza so I appreciated that. The pizza and wings were light and did not make me feel fat! I definitely enjoyed both items.
The place itself could use a little cleaning, but it isn’t really built for dine in service so you can’t complain too much. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the food and will be back for more!

My only complaint is that it took about 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me about my order, even though employees were working and could see me. Once I was helped, everything else was fine

Imagine having a movie night planned with your family and this is how your pizza shows up.
Of course the MANAGER denied any responsibility and put it on us saying “You ate the pizza” when it was clearly dropped. I had to drive up there because the manager has terrible customer service skills. He was so scared to speak or offer any solutions, I had to ask for a refund in the end because he offered no resolution.

Ordered 2 sandwiches received 1 that was wrong called the store was told would have new sandwich and complimentary desert in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later still waiting on sandwich have called store twice and was told they would be here in 3 minutes. Still waiting…finally got the food 45 minutes later and sandwich was still wrong when husband called to complain manager said it was our fault for ordering on line. What????
Our receipt clearly shows 1 sandwich with no mayo and other sandwich no mayo and add onion. Why would they add onion to both sandwiches then tell us it’s our fault?
Update: husband went and talked to manager he said he did a credit for the order. Called today to use credit now they can’t find the credit? What a scam will never do business with them again!!

Placed my order for pickup. Was a couple minutes late to pick up and when I got there they did not have it ready and had not even started it. I had to flag down a staff member to get anyone’s attention. Only 9pm but it looks like no one wanted to be there. Loud and offensive music playing and no manager present obviously. Biggest pet peeve is poor customer service

Yep, IYKYK. Tried 1 more time to use my Fake $60 credit… confirmed by phone call today, then was told it did not exist in the Marcos store in Clayton, NC.
Several months ago, manager and District manager gave us a
$ 60 credit since they messed up our simple pizza order THREE times. Insane!
Get there to pick up Magnifico Pepperoni pizza … guess what, no $60 credit exists!!! Left without the pizza.
Save your time,aggravation and money… just order from Pizza Hut in Clayton, cheaper..And… it is RIGHT EVERY TIME!!!!
