Stopped in here while I was training and going to school for truck driving. Only a 5 minute drive from the lodge I was set up at. It’s been awhile since I’ve had Marco’s Pizza and decided to place an order online and pick up at the store. Very quick service and the pizza was absolutely delicious. The area and the interior of the building was very subtle and clean and accommodating. Thanks for a great pizza and quick service for a great price. Keep keeping on!

Fast and friendly service. We ordered two large pizzas and brownies for a total of $26. The pizzas themselves were fine! We also ordered the garlic and Parmesan crust the seasonings were falling off the crust. I would order from here again.

Another swing and miss from Marco’s Pizza on Randolph. The last two pizza orders have been way off. I ordered double pepperoni and double sauce. The pepperoni sure doesn’t look doubled to me, again, and there was barely any hint of sauce to be found. I’m done with Marco’s Pizza!

I’ve had pizzas from here multiple times and they were fine. But today’s pizza was really good. I mean as good as Ive had in ages. I ordered on the app. Great app. Easy to use. I messed up and customized it by adding parmesan cheese crust topper in addition to the regular crust. I will do this from now on. The two types of pepperoni really work on this pizza. Marcos Pizza in Thomasville NC is always better than others in our area. Orders usually are fast and accurate when ordering online. Generous Toppings (puts other pizza places to shame) friendly people, mmmm delicious pizza – worth skipping the High Point location (HP almost always gets the toppings wrong, slow n undercooked pizza & cancels orders often when it’s less than 2 hours before closing). Definitely WORTH the drive to Thomasville Marcos Pizza – our family’s favorite pizza especially when coupons are offered. We LOVE Thomasville Marco’s Pizza!!!

I want to preface this by saying that I really like their food. Pizza, subs, salads, etc are always very good…when I can get them. I ordered 2 subs for delivery a couple of minutes before 6pm. I always get the email updates so I know about when my food will deliver. At 6:15pm, I received an email that my food was ready. At 7pm, I had received no further updates so I called the store. I was told that they only had one driver and he had been backed up all day. He offered to send it via Door Dash but it would take another 20-25 minutes. After I told him that would have been an hour after my food was ready, he offered to make me fresh food. Not wanting to chance it, I asked him to refund my money. I was told it would take 3-5 business days. This is, at least, the second time this sort of thing has happened with this store. The last time, they said they would credit my money, and give me a free pizza on my account. Neither happened. I guess I’ll order for pickup in the future unless my money isn’t credited. If that is the case, I’m done with Marcos.

The food is pretty good, but you can tell the utensils and containers in the kitchen are not washed well and the workers never seem to wash their hands or ever wear gloves. The manager Dan’s short tempered, rude, and disrespectful both to the employees and the customers. The vegetables on the pizza and the subs had been left out for hours and were soggy. The delivery is very fast and the other workers are respectful but seem annoyed to be working there. The brownies are amazing and the regular pepperoni pizza is delicious.
