The $50 sake was tasty and smooth—one of the best I’ve had. The wasabi was too mild, and the soy sauce was too salty, despite being described as low sodium. The Seven Seas dish was good overall, though the fish was a bit too dry. Service was slow and not very responsive. Not worth the money.

We had a large table of ten and had to take a 5pm reservation but the restaurant was empty even when we left at 6:30. We ordered family style and were able to sample many rolls and dishes. Overall some good, some okay, nothing spectacular.

Everything was absolutely spectacular. I truly felt like I was in Japan. The staff were fantastic, attentive, and welcoming. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The Sencha completed the perfect Japanese atmosphere, making the experience unforgettable.

Really enjoyed the black miso cod here, likely one of the best restaurants in resort world. The kitchen makes a good effort to accommodate gluten free options. Food was ready very quickly. Friendly staff. Would consider eating here again another night!

The service was super friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The atmosphere was really nice but my only take away was it was pretty pricey. I had an appetizer, one roll and two draft beers and I spent $97 before tip. So be ready to spend some money.

Okay, it’s not a true 5. Limited experience, but the specialty roll I ordered was very mediocre. Not bad – but quite bland and underwhelming.

The wagyu gyoza (dumplings), however, were one of the greatest things I have tasted in my life. Absolutely exceptional.

The staff were welcoming, pleasant, helpful (pointed me to the gyoza).

Our first visit to this Japanese inspired restaurant located in Resort World hotel. We stopped by without reservations and were unable to gain a table in the main area but were able to have a table in the bar area. The tables were spaced out well and were seated at a table along the rim of the bar that bordered on the mall walkway. This was nice for people watching as we had dinner.

Table service was very good, which was quick and efficient throughout the meal. We ordered a specialty roll for an appetizer, and two entrees. The 3000 LVBLVD roll was the highlight of the meal, which was well prepared and very tasty. Entrees included the Blackhawk Wagyu steak and the Truffle Chicken Katsu. The Wagyu steak was cooked as ordered and very tender as it should, and the Chicken Katsu was prepared in a unique rolled method that I have not seen before. Both entrees were very good and would order again.

Overall, for the pricing of the entrees, we would probably come for a variety of sushi rolls rather than a full dinner, as the roll was delicious.

Tips for your visit: Restaurant is busy as many of the fine dining options in Resort World, so make reservations if you want to eat in the main dining room.

I wanted to share feedback regarding our Valentine’s Day dinner experience. We were genuinely looking forward to the evening, especially given the $350 prix-fixe menu, and had very high expectations based on the restaurant’s beautiful atmosphere and reputation. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the price point.

The food itself was disappointing. I have enjoyed far better meals at significantly lower prices. Our server strongly recommended one of the dishes included in the pre-fixe menu — which had already been prepaid — and it ended up being extremely unpleasant in taste and not enjoyable. While I understand these dishes were exclusive to the holiday menu, the portions were also quite small and left us unsatisfied.

Additionally, the atmosphere took away from what was meant to be a special evening. Throughout dinner, children were running around the restaurant and approached our table multiple times, and the situation was not addressed by staff. I completely understand that families dine at your restaurant and I have no issue with that; however, for an elevated and expensive Valentine’s Day experience, I expected better management of the dining environment or at least acknowledgment from staff.

Overall, for such a high-priced holiday menu, we expected a more elevated dining experience, stronger food quality, and a more controlled ambiance. Unfortunately, the evening did not feel worth the cost, and we left still hungry and disappointed.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it can help improve future special-event experiences.

Arrived way before our reservation and opted to sit at the bar and happy we did. Our bartender Bianca was amazing, and super knowledgeable about all the dishes. We ordered some tempura and crispy rice to start. The crispy rice app was one of the best apps I’ve ever had. Crispy outside and warm inside with an amazing bunch of toppings and neatly wrapped in seaweed. We then had a sushi combo that came with 6 chef choice sashimi and nigiri along with one specialty roll. The roll we chose was the 9th island roll and it was 10/10. This was enough food for the 2 of us but also got a piece of Japanese cheesecake to round it out. Not only was the service on point (Bianca really knew her stuff and was always there but somehow only when you were about to need her) but the food was the best we had our whole trip and the best part was that we were able to get in and out in under an hour (our choice, we never felt rushed). Def recommend if you’re in Vegas and looking for a great meal.

Best experience. Flew in and checked into the Conrad. Our flight was delayed so we were super hungry. We were referred to Kusa Nori and are so glad because it was incredible. Our server John was super thoughtful, informative and communicative. Great energy. His recommendations were spot on. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and there were many options for me, including some items he noted that were not marked. My partner had the wagyu gyoza and raved it was the best he ever had. The sushi was fresh and our drinks were . Highly recommend and if you get John as your server, you are on a lucky streak
