This was my first time trying their pizza. My son gave the pizza and cheesy breadsticks a 9. My husband gave it an 8.5. I just tried the cheesy breadsticks and I thought they had a great flavor. They were a bit doughy (like they could have been cooked longer). The price was great, especially for how good the pizza was. Service was great, very friendly staff. I didn’t need to wait long at all. The app also had a tracker to let me know when my food was finished.

First time eating at this Marcos location and it definitely won’t be the last. Greeted right when we came thru the door. We wanted to try a few different items. We had the Pizzoli, wow so good. We got the cheese steak sub, cooked perfect. We took home an Ultimate Magnifico Pizza. The food was spot on. We didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who was putting everything together, but he has a beard. He was so down to earth and just amazing. We also met the General Manager Stephen, also a very amazing person. I would come back here just because of the service and the people working. They really made you feel at home. Thanks guys.

Extra yummy! One of my guys offered to treat for lunch. Pizza came up in the conversation. We were riding on Shattalon and past Marco’s. My buddy said,”Man please tell me that we are coming back this way!” We came back and he ordered a half cheese,half pepperoni pizza. Zoiks! That pizza was good! I don’t remember eating the crust from a pizza in a good while. I can only imagine a Supreme! I highly recommend Marco’s!

Pretty disappointed!!! I placed a order at 7:39 pm. I received my order at 9:22 pm?? I ordered 1 extra large pizza. Based on my order taking 100 min for a extra large pizza. I will not be ordering from here again. I was told I would get a $20 credit I did not. My pizza has raw dough and is missing 1 of my 2 toppings how???? If anyone is wondering asking me of a good pizza place I will swiftly recommend NOT GOING HERE!!!! Considering my pizza was cold, missing 1 of my 2 topping and the dough is NOT COOKED and a hour late.

We order for deliver at from this location and have for a long time. We always check “Contactless Delivery”. Recently they have started ringin our doorbell and handing us the pizzas no matter what we choose. We choose contactless delivery because we have dogs that aren’t done of the doorbell. On this date, after ordering, I called the store to ask that they respect the delivery request and told them why we ask for it. Approximately 45 minutes later, the drive walked up to the door, rang the doorbell and waited for us to answer. I took the pizza and called the store to speak to a manager. What I got was the furthest thing from a responsible person you can imagine. At no time was there an apology, how can we help, or we will try and do better. Excuses are all that found their way through the phone. When I said that we just wouldn’t order pizza from them anymore since they can’t follow simple instructions I received a quick “Okay, bye”. So no more Marcos on Reynolda for our house.

Tonight my pizza was delivered and to my surprise there was no cheese. Somehow when ordering online it got ordered without the cheese. I called back and spoke to the shift manager who was kind enough to replace my pizza. Who knows how that happened but I am starving after a long day and just wanted my pizza. In today’s times it’s hard enough. I am thankful the staff was compassionate tonight.

My favorite Marco location to date!! Food always fresh and the staff always keep me updated on my order. They make recommendations on the other products and I appreciate that they are not “stingy” with the toppings like the other pizza spots . From my several visits I feel like they have a nice working environment because they seem to be having a good time at work.
