Over a hour and a half since order paid. Gave food to 3rd party delivery service without authorization. Driver stole order. Management disconnecting calls in the middle of conversation. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend. Pizza is decent but if I can’t trust you with my money then why do business. Ran by flunkys !!!!!!!

Ordered through door dash, and after waiting an unreasonable amount of time bc the restaurant requested more time, I got something I didn’t order. I checked my receipt to make sure it wasn’t a mixup and the pizza was just incorrect. it was supposed to be a plain pepperoni and it had what tasted like honey on it. I called and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes before I just hung up.

Great pizza. One of my favorite chain pizzas. But I’ll order ahead and almost every time, you get there and they ignore you for 5-10 minutes. They see you, but they just ignore you. I get it, they’re busy. But 5-10 minutes of not even being acknowledged on a regular basis makes me want to try other places.

Their quality has gone downhill a lot. We have been coming here ever since they opened but it’ll be our last time today. For last two times, has been terrible orders- last time they made a regular crust pizza even when we ordered thin then told me at the counter ‘I’ll be at the back of the line for 30 mins to remake’ even though their mistake. Today ordered a large thin crust – the big lady who was working there at 7.30 pm Thu evening 3/13- it was apparent she didn’t care less- when we ate the pizza, the taste of the cheese was awful- it was pungent and something was off- we called them and the same lady answered the phone- and first claimed ‘she was the manager ‘ then when we told her the issue she said ‘she’ll tell the manager ‘ then hung up. Such awful customer service. You can keep your pizza there- we ain’t coming back.
