Do not patronize this Marco’s Pizza. I am unsure if this independently owned but customer service is not their thing. 1) The app doesn’t work at this location. You will wait outside until they decide to come out or you go in and get your own pizza happen to me twice. 2) They make you food incorrectly and then give you a hard time about it. I came back because my pizza was incorrect. They made it over and made it incorrect again. They added sausage instead of beef and left off several items. At this point the man working there was so rude and unprofessional. I decided that I will write a review to let everyone know not to eat here. 3) Also, everyone working here does not wear gloves. In 2025 when preparing food you should wear gloves. The two young men working had on black gloves, but the other two older gentleman did not. One went to the register several times and returned to helping to prepare food with no gloves. I don’t care if you wash your hands 1000 times, if gloves are in your store, you should have them on when preparing people food. You don’t even have to go inside to see they do things unclean here. You can see it from the parking lot. My advice hit the highway and go to the Chester Marco’s Pizza. It is sad you we have to go outside of your area to get good, clean and professional service.

Now Marco’s! I have never received a pizza as pitiful as the one delivered to me! Usually the pizza is good? Today? They were lumps and bumps, dips and barely pepperoni. Shame on you all! I am so gagged at this quality! You guys took it out the oven, looked at it and said “this looks great” and put in a box to be delivered. My kids are hungry and I don’t drive so they’re eating it but do better next time.

I’m very disappointed with the last 2 deliveries and food. The delivery driver’s doesn’t work for Marco’s so you get your food when you get it. Hot subs show up cold. The meatball sub I ordered was ICE COLD as never even heated before leaving the store. I didn’t think a meatball sub could be messed up but yeah it’s doable. I won’t be ordering again.

I had a curbside order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and they NEVER brought the food out to me. I waited for 40 minutes in the DESIGNATED curbside pickup spot directly in front of the store doors. When I went in to check on my order and ask why I was not helped the staff said “I don’t know”. Never coming here again!

Place a large order one day prior with a pickup time specified, 12 pizzas and a couple of large salads, easy ordering process, in and out in a few minutes. Next day the order was ready at pickup time, pizzas were warm and very good. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

We frequent Marco’s delivery and normally have a positive experience. We have bumped into issues along the way, which are going to be unavoidable and have remained patrons. The pizza we received day before yesterday was worse than cardboard. It was drowning in grease (you can see your reflection in a puddle in one of the pictures) I have attached pictures. I am very disappointed. What a negative experience.
