We had a group of 13 ppl for lunch. The server was so sweet to start off my 3 kids with each a garlic parmesean knot and grapes while we were still trying to choose what to order. We got the crispy calamari, buffalo & lemon pepper dry rub chicken wings/drumsticks & garlic parmesean knots for appetizer. Wednesday deal of the day is $11/burger on majority of the burgers on the burger menu. We tried Bacon-Guac Deluxe Burger, Mushroom Burger & Bacon Cheeseburger. All the food were delicious and a quick shoot out to our waitress Mandy. She did a fantastic job juggling btwn our table and a few other tables. Thank you.

Came here ages ago when my family first moved out here and it was okay experience. THIS TIME THO !! Everything/ everyone from the front desk staff, to waiters, cooks, bartenders EVERYBODY was doing their thang. I was sat where I wanted quickly, drinks out and delicious quickly, food a 15 out of ten. But the best was our waiter. Alejandro (Alex) is dope. He treated myself and my whole family like we were a part of his. Outside of constantly checking on us he made sure we had the best experience. Because of him we are now weekly regulars!

Came in with my wife and kids on a Saturday afternoon. Was seated quickly but waited over 20 minutes for someone to come by and take our order to include drinks/appetizers. Other tables around us who were seated after us received their drinks and food before us. After an hour our food finally arrived. The steak I ordered was not only over cooked but it was cold as was all of the food we ordered.

Tonight we dined in for our son’s 8th birthday. Jackelyn was our server and she was amazing! Super attentive, always made sure we had plenty to drink and that we were satisfied with all our dishes. The food tasted great and everyone was satisfied with the meals. To add to the already great experience, she brought our son his dessert with a candle to top it off. Jackelyn you are one of the best servers we have ever had and we will definitely be returning.

Not a bad place to be at. Our waitress we can tell she was/is new but it’s all good. She did her best. Props for her. It was late when we got there so not much to say, and there was a big party before us too.

The quality of food has really declined. I ordered the Parmesan chicken. The chicken pieces were tiny and cooked way too much. A burnt flavor. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box and the broccoli was yellow. The whole dish was not presented in an appealing way, diner like. And the service was not good. No drink refills. I’m so disappointed in BJ’s, I guess I expected better.

Haven’t been to this location before. We were seated in a pretty reasonable amount of time being a party of 6. Was pleasantly surprised they provided the kiddos with some fruit and bread-such a nice touch. However, from placing our order to receive it took about 40ish min. 1 meal was forgotten, 1 was lukewarm, and another barely had brisket on the brisket nachos. Our waitress was nice about it and adjusted the bill and gave free desert but unsure if I will ever come back to this location.

I’ve been to this restaurant plenty of times but this time was different. We served by Stacy and she took exceptional care of us. Not only was she knowledgeable of the entire menu but went out of here way to give my 8 month old son attention. Her amazing service was beyond what we expected. Her attentiveness was on point and anything we asked for was taken care of. Ask for Stacy during dinner and make the moment memorable.
