Sunday early evening ~5:30pm, I was the only one in the drive thru so service was very prompt. The young man working there was friendly and courteous. Prices were reasonable.

Waited at their drive thru today for over 5min and no one came to take my order. Drinks have been inconsistent in taste. Marcels has lost my business. I’ll give up convenience and go to Buddy’s. Much better service and taste of drinks for the same price.

Every drive thru wait now is 30min at minimum now, 15 min per car. Drinks have been lacking consistency now over the past 6 months. Used to love this place but now regretting every time I wait in line.
Since I cannot add another review. Tried them again. Today was the worst drink I’ve ever had by them and I ordered a simple hot chocolate. We will stop attempting this coffee shop. It’s worth the longer drive to Clearlake .

Marcel’s Drive-Thru is a place I want to love because it is just down the street. They make a great red-eye coffee but I haven’t tried other flavors. Each time I’ve been there has not been anyone else there (in line), which has made for prompt service. Each time we have had a different barista, but the service has been excruciatingly SLOW. I am not sure what the hold-up is each time I drive thru but you had better plan on allowing way more than than you’d expect to get your order. For relatively run-of-the-mill coffee, you’ll be waiting a while.

Wish I could say what the food tastes like. Arrived with one person in front of us and after 20 minutes of waiting we finally gave up and decided to back out and leave. Right as we left we saw their order, two small drinks. Very disappointed with how long we waited, heard they were good but never got to see for otherselves.

The girl working is nice, but service is sooooo slow. I’ve tried going several different times and different days but even when no one is in line you’re going to wake 8-10 mins per drink. Waited 15 mins for 2 red bull. Had to pay on cash app since their card machine was down. Also she’s sometimes juggling a baby which makes service even slower. Love supporting the small business but it’s a hassle. Also…. Come on, 5 ice cubes in my red bull. It’s literally warm
