Nothing about this Arby’s made me want to return nor did it become a recommendation for any future inquiries. Granted I did not have the pleasure of eating inside so be advised this is strictly from a drive thru prospective. I didnt have to wait really long but the atmosphere was that of one noone had tended to for its annual clean-up day yet for 2025(maybe they wait for the year to end first ♂️

This is the usual Arby’s I go to before going to work, but I will never come back here. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich like I normally do. I was even asked to “pull up,” which I’m fine with doing. When I received my sandwich and took a bite, it didn’t taste right, so I noticed it was pink. I tore a piece off and noticed it was actually raw. I called the restaurant and was told to come back with my receipt. I didn’t return due to not wanting to get any more food from there, plus I was on my way to work, and I work overnight so they would have been closed by the time I got off. This is sad to see. My food is normally cooked properly and I never have any issues. If you do decide to go there please check your food.

The service was good. The fries were cold and we ordered large and we got like medium in large boxes. The sandwiches were all right. The place is very dirty. Definitely needs a remodel.

How long has the food been sitting under a heating lamp? Curly fries hard as a rock. Fish sandwich was just as hard. No excuses for a restaurant to be this terrible. This is pretty much self explanatory. Food was terrible probably sitting under a heat lamp for way too long! Your food was an insult it was so hard. Stop being lazy and cook to order your food. Don’t try to kill somebody or break their tooth on your hard food!

Customer service was pleasant. I ordered the beef and cheddar meal with mac & cheese . (Waited 10 minutes) was told to pull up by the door.
The food was not hot and it was terrible, It made me sick. Don’t waste your money, this location is nasty.
I only gave four stars because of customer service.

Terrible experience every time I go. I have attempted to go to this location on multiple occasions to be turned away at the door. We have gone every time after the posted open hours (online as well as on the door) and were told they open at a later time which is clearly untrue. One time we were able to actually get inside there were roaches visibly running along the walls and baseboards. I have tried giving this location chances to change my opinion, however, customer service and quality business does not seem to be a priority here. Not to mention basic cleanliness. We have also tried contacting the manger with our concerns but are told he is coming in later or the next day. On multiple different days.

Had an AMAZING experience at this location, Evelyn deserves her kudos and a raise! Those two chicken sandwiches were BOMB! Very BALANCED, fresh, chicken was tender, Sandwich was overall flavorful! The best of had in a while will definitely be returning 🙂

I was in the area and hungry. So, I ordered 2 Reuben Sandwichs. The service was friendly and my Sandwich was fresh and hot. Definitely not the best Reuben but well worth the price.
