Absolutely wonderful restaurant! Amazing and super friendly staff and even better food – just delicious. I would rate this establishment with more than five stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Highly recommend…

Disgustingly horrible food and truly a disgrace to Italians everywhere. Ordered a chicken alfredo. Pasta was so dry, nearly sauceless and had absolutely no flavor. Alfredo isnt hard – heavy cream, butter, parmesan. But i promise you, none of these were used to make this alfredo because it was dry af and had no alfredo taste whatsoever. The “organic chicken” that costs an extra 7$ to add was gross. Who wants pale, unseasoned chicken on top of unseasoned alfredo?? What was serious disappointment. Its like they didnt even TRY to make a good dish. Why does your chicken have no color? When i got home with it (because i did takeout) i added my own truffle oil, shaved parmesan, cracked black pepper, parsley and red pepper flakes which is why my photo looks good but trust me, thats not what your dish will look like. Ugh!! Best thing was the ceasar salad. Will never eat here again.

First time ordering/eating here and last time. I placed a small order and was told it would be 15 minutes. 18 minutes later I walk in to pick up my order and no one even flinches to help. As depicted in the photo they aren’t busy at all two tables are occupied in the entire place and two outside. A man walks in a couple of minutes behind me and they run up to him (and around me) to help him. I’ve been in here 11 minutes at this moment and no one has helped or even acknowledged me. A waitress finally asked how I am doing and I let her know that I’m waiting for my order and she says” no I asked how you are doing”. Irritated lady, I’m irritated. Maybe 5 minutes later the person who originally took my order walks in from his break and asked what I ordered then walks away. No please wait however much longer, sorry for the delay or anything. If I hadn’t paid already I would have just left.

My boyfriend and I live right around the corner and have passed Marcello’s countless times. This weekend we were finally able to stop in and see what this neighborhood Pizzeria has to offer and boy was I disappointed. We walked in and were overpowered by the stench of cleaning products. There were a couple of ladies at the bar and one couple seated – so the restaurant looked very bare. We ordered the Salumi Misti Board and were told they are out of boards…? So we opted for the Calamari. Small portion size and the marinara was served on the side in a plastic cup. I ordered the chicken parm as the main and was horrified when I got chicken covered in sauce and 2 clearly pre-packaged melted cheese slices. Like c’mon as least use fresh mozzarella on your entrees. Also to note – they don’t bring you any bread until your entree. It was clearly frozen bread that they brought over to us burnt. What I believe to be staples in an Italian restaurant fell short for us. Looked like most people were ordering pizza takeout throughout the night. Thats probably the best route to go, although, no idea how their pizza is

NYC transplant here. After receiving a bunch of recommendations from neighbors in the area, I came in to place a takeout order. Like previous reviews have mentioned, the workers will ignore you. There was a waitress there running around and couldn’t even bother to acknowledge anyone at the door. There were a group of people dining next to the main entrance — I assume some of them were the restaurant owners. They also ignored me as I walked in. I even sat next to them while I waited for my order and not one person greeted me but they did wave goodbye to a few others as they were leaving the restaurant.

While I was placing my order, one of the owners (I’m assuming) forcefully bumped into me. I didn’t think anything of it until he turned around to look back (realizing what he did). I thought he was going to apologize but he took one look at me then proceeded to turn back around and walked right into the kitchen.

What really irked me is that I intentionally ordered in person so I would receive a freshly made pie. It was clearly an older pizza that was reheated; the crust and bottom were completely burnt and the center of the pizza was ice cold.

Far from hospitable. Food was nothing to rave about either. Calamari was freshly made but overall extremely bland. Hard pass. Won’t return.

This was a nice little place to eat. If I remember correctly I went around 3pm and it was nice and quite. A calming meal and great food. I order 2 slices of Pepperoni, Mushrooms, and Sausage. They came out hot and fresh. The sauce was good, not too much, or too little. There is a big round table in the center if you have a large group or family eating. Definitely worth trying.

Parking is quite challenging because this shopping center is quite small, but just drive around , you’ll find one.the decor in this place is quite nice, very authentic. The food is quite good but not gourmet caliber. Make no mistake this is a neighborhood restaurant and kid friendly. The pizza is a little too oily, but still good. The pasta is probably the best things on the menu.
Neighborhood restaurants are a dying breed and we all hate to go to chain restaurants, so give this one a try. You’ll enjoy it. Bring the kids.

I love this place. Great atmosphere, there’s a nice outside area, good service. They’ve got really good pizza but about a month ago I ordered a slice of pizza with artichokes and they gave me a slice with anchovies. My friend and I had a good laugh once I realized, but I couldn’t eat it. I think I’ll just stick to a pepperoni next time!

We fell in love with the owners and how they have an outdoor.
Unfortunately we stopped going.
it seems they are tired of owning it and do not want to keep up with consistency.
salad’s are nice but the vinaigrette reminds me of the one in the planes.
Pizzas are one day good, one day raw.
This place is one day great one, one day not, one day clean, one day not.
One day they set up one day they do not.
It is really sad because they have a very good spot, coherent, their menu is typical of an Italian good menu.
But it seems that good products and restaurant look does not motivate them anymore. Food is ok.
I am telling you we kept going for the owners and because we like small business family owned. Outdoor is not maintain, vibe and cooking are not up to the heart of this beautiful family.

This place is great! Our waitress was a sweet old woman who cracked jokes and was probably one of the nicest people I’ve met. The food is incredible, and we had people order the pizza, pasta, and stromboli. All were really great.
