They skimped me on my cone. I paid $7.50 for 2 scoops on a waffle cone and got a full scoop of vanilla and a quarter scoop of chocolate. Asked the associate if that’s all I get for chocolate, she said that’s how much they’re supposed to put. Pretty lame to pay over $5 bucks for 2 scoops on a cone and not feel like I got what I paid for. I mean that’s top dollar for a 2 scoop cone!

Went here yesterday 8/22 around 3pm and the girls working were so rude. They didn’t say anything, just stared and you could tell they were judging you. It made me feel like I was a problem for being there. Will be going to the one in Saraland from now on because the service is just horrible. Those girls need to be fired and need to work somewhere away from people. All I asked for was a sample and pretty much rolled her eyes at me for asking. I’m sorry you hate your job but please don’t take it out on customers who just want a good ice cream experience!

While the ice cream was good, the waffle cone was not. I brought it to the attention of one of the girls behind the counter to see if I could get another cone as it was not crunchy and tasted old. She grabbed another cone, took a bite of it and said that they all taste that way. Then, she threw the rest of it away. She told me that the only waffle cone that was made there was the bowl. When I asked her if she could put my ice cream in one of the bowls, she said it would cost me more. The only thing she offered me was a cup and then said have a nice day in a very sassy tone. To the owner, please teach your staff (especially the one with the long ponytail) that the customer comes first. I should have been given a bowl without any additional charge. It wasn’t my fault that the cones tasted bad. Even if your employee is having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customers. I was only there to have some good ice cream with a fresh, crunchy waffle cone.

I use to would have given this place a 5 star, I use to come here all the time with my kids bf they grew up.
I recently went back and they must have changed their ice cream provider bc it’s no where near as Creamy tasting
Then the waffle cone, I always got a chocolate dipped with peanuts, this time they said they had no nuts and I had to get butter finger
The chocolate tasted like very cheap chocolate nothing like before and it didn’t taste like butter finger, seriously my whole cone got threw in the trash can
And I am certainly not one who wastes.

The ice cream is good but pricey. That much is very understandable, given the business model: it’s not going to be as cheap as buying premium ice cream in a grocery store.
What I’m taking two stars off for is the poor bussing of the tables and the fact that the place does not accept tap-to-pay.

People really will complain about anything… I’ve been here a couple of times and today when I went the employees had to deal with a very rude customer. They handled the situation very well. The store was busy and this customer was really making a scene, but despite that the employees treated them with respect and the rest of the customers in line understood how ridiculous it was.
All while that was going on the employees still managed to get our orders done. The Ice cream and milkshakes were amazing, the maturity of the employees was amazing, and overall I think people need to be more patient! It’s ice cream, it’s not that deep, we’re here to have fun and enjoy life.
I will for sure be coming back here the next time my family and I are craving a treat! Great treats, great service, and for as busy as they got the place was still very clean!

This is the third time my order has been messed up in some way. The first time my come wasn’t even half full nor the right toppings and I was told that I would be charged another cone if they remade it since it was already made. The next time the cone was stale and the order was wrong again and I was told the same thing even though the cone was not made yet. This time tonight I ask for one of the marketed combinations and it was the complete wrong thing again like I’m talking wrong ice cream missing toppings and again told the same thing. Do better guys my order was a combination the company came up with.

We are from Mississippi and took our family out for dinner. Afterward, we decided to get us some ice cream about 20 minutes before closing time. 6 adults and 3 children. We were greeted with three angry employees that expressed their frustration openly with heads shaking in disgust that we came in at that time and began talking to each other about having to deal with us and saying we ain’t getting out of here util 11 now. It made it hard for me to place an order, which most of us did except two adults just said, “Never mind.”
I took the time after we paid to express my disappointment as to their attitude were very unwelcoming and that they are open until 10pm and that means sometimes people will come in close to that time it’s just they way it is. I apologized even though I didn’t need to and said you need to be better than that in the future. It’s not good for business. I took a lot to keep my anger in check but did so. But I will never do business their again. It was today, 4-7-23, two young men and one female. All had bad attitudes and no integrity at all..

Sadly no one in the store seems to know what they are doing or even what the big frozen marble slab is for. Brought my wife here and she got a simple mint Chocolate chunk. The girl used a big hot spoon to force melt the ice cream . To make it easier to mix. Then mixed it 2 times and scooped the melted dripping mess into a cone and said. Here yea go. Would not recommend this location
