UPDATED REVIEW: Make sure this is in your list of places to fine!! I know, I know we were here a few short months ago. We were delighted to come back.
We loved the “pan seared potato cheese pirogies” last time and naturally ordered them again. Just as excellent, highly recommend them.
We ordered off the “Dinner Special” menu this time. My husband had the “Roasted Chicken Pot Pie”.
The puff pastry on top was light and flakey. The chicken, veg, and sauce were just like homemade!
Me, I went with the “Ricotta Cheese Ravioli with Colossal Crabmeat”. Make sure you indulge in this. Sauce perfect, ravioli perfect, and yes so much crab!! Heading to a show I didn’t get a chance to update photos. Next time 🙂

My husband had the blackened chicken quesadilla. They were a little heavy on the green peppers, but really good. I had the turkey club on sourdough bread. It was massive and delicious. In addition treated myself to the root beer float. I like a little more ice cream with my floats. Just a personal preference.
We are planning to return there are many other things on the menu we would like to try we did give into the desert craving and got the lemon pound cake with vanilla ice cream. Scrumptious

Clean family owned restaurant. I cheated on my diet and had the hamburger including the bun. It was one of the best meals that I ever had. The meat was not greasy. The burger was tender and prepared as requested. It was fabulous. Wade was our server. He was attentive and polite. They offer sweet potato fries and have Malt Vinegar! Try the Mountain Leaf Green Tea with the tropical flavor. Our server suggested this to me. I ordered a box from Amazon. Great meal from start to finish. Very clean. A definite place to eat. Pricing is very reasonable.

The food was good—I had the chicken Marsala, and it was delicious. We arrived during a busy period and quickly realized the restaurant can get quite crowded. So not ideal for an intimate dinner. Despite this, service was efficient; our waiter was friendly and personable, and the food arrived promptly. There was a disruptive drunk patron, but the staff handled the situation professionally.

We had a really great experience at Marathon! They were accommodating of a large party and the service was excellent. Drinks were great- we loved the blackberry margaritas. For food, would recommend the shrimp risotto and jambalaya.

I got a Marathon Burger cooked medium, and it was perfectly cooked. Juicy and still pink in the middle, and the bacon was crispy in all the right ways.
I got a Cesar salad as my side, which was tasty too.
For a drink I had the latte, which was good.
The booth was comfortable, and being there for an early dinner meant it was quiet and easy to talk until the normal dinner rush started coming in.
I got two meals out of my order, so I was extra happy about that 🙂

Our waiter was taking orders for 12 people without writing anything down… As you can imagine this didn’t go well lol The food was fantastic though!

Everyone was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Manager made sure we were happy and enjoyed our meal. Very nice guy.
Food was very good. I liked that they gave you a little jelly for the toast and ketchup on the side for potatoes so that you don’t have to ask the server. Pancake was soft but also a little crispy on the edges which I liked a lot.
Would definitely come back.
