Julian’s was a recommendation and was excited to try the pizza since I am a pizza lover. The pizza was delicious, the crust was thin and the sauce wasn’t too sweet. My husband tried the calzone, that was also delicious. The reviews stated that the customer service was excellent but that wasn’t the case today, not friendly or inviting this was our first time and we were hurried a long to complete our order. Other than the customer service I would recommend the food.

First time coming here and this will officially become our go to Italian restaurant. We are not locals and found this place accidentally. My kids and I prefer not so commercialized places to eat and this place is amazing. The service is fantastic and friendly the environment is relaxed and the food was phenomenal. Julian’s is one of my favorite pizza places in San Antonio. I have been coming here for years. They never disappoint. The house made mozzarella sticks are a must and taste amazing. The Chicken Alfredo is fantastic, and you get chicken throughout, not just a few pieces on the top. The pizza has a slightly sweet sauce with I love, and it’s NY style. It was perfect. The place is inviting, they have a very clean open kitchen so you can see everything being made. The menu is posted outside and on the wall inside to decide. Staff is always friendly. I can go on and on about how I get great food here at reasonable prices but you just need to stop by for yourself. Highly recommend Julian’s.

The wife and I were able to try out Julians today and it was great!! I got an Italian Sub which was absolutely delicious and toasted to perfection. My wife had the toasted rigatoni with Italian sausage and it was very cheesy and savory with the perfect balance of sauce to pasta ratio. We will definitely be back to try out a pizza and would recommend this place to anybody.

As soon as we walked in there was great customer service at the order counter. Was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Food was great! Not doughy, greasy, or heavy with toppings. Everything came out steaming hot. The servers were lacking as they did ensure everyone around us was taken care of. The only time they came over was to drop off food or pick up dishes.

Our first time. We ordered to go the ‘pizza kit’, caesar salad and mozzarella sticks. Since we got the kit we were able to bake it at home. It was easy and delicious. The cheese sticks were the best in town! Salad was also on point! We will be regulars going forward!

Unassuming and cozy neighborhood Italian food. It’s exactly what you want on a lazy Sunday afternoon. I’m not sure if this place gets packed, but it should be 24/7. We got a couple sandwiches and pizza rolls to go, counter service, and there was no line to order, the food came out within 10 minutes. The sandwich was excellent due to what I have to imagine is a fresh-baked hoagie. It’s the kind of sandwich you will crave again the next week, nothing fancy, just well executed. The pizza rolls were so good too, crispy and soft, good cheese and pepperoni. I’m a fan!

Got there you have to order first before you sit down placed our order sat at our table and food started coming in fast fresh and hot, only issue was that someone left the crushed pepper shaker top loose so when we sprinkled our pizza with it , it all spilled out. But other than that excellent

Food was fresh tasting! We tried a Stromboli & pasta. Would definitely recommend the Stromboli!!! It tasted freshly made with a perfectly golden brown crust & a good amount of meats and cheese inside. The sauce was bursting with flavor. The Stromboli was so delicious I will go back for another one & another one & another one. Pepperoni rolls are another favorite here. Some of the other dishes are ok, but not as special as the Stromboli that one is a must order! Enjoy!

Every time I come here, I am always blown away by the quality and service. I have been coming here for many years, and the food is always amazing.
We started our meal with a Cesar salad. The lettuce was crisp, and the parmesan cheese was so good. The dressing was tasty and a great ratio. For my meal, I got the lasagna, and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The layers were neat and had lots of filling. The sauce is always so flavorful and not watery. When I cut into it, it did not fall apart either.
My husband got the sausage rigatoni, and he inhaled it, so I know it was good. I tried a bite, and it sure was. The sauce to pasta ratio was on point. I know that sometimes, when you bake pasta, it can be overcooked, but that was not the case with this one. It was a gooey and delicious, and again, the sauce was the best. We also shared a 12″ pizza topped with roasted garlic, fresh basil, artichoke hearts, & prosciutto. The ingredients were so fresh. The prosciutto had a smokey flavor too. The crust was pillowy and had a nice chew and crunch. I think this might be my new favorite pizza. I just wish it had more roasted garlic. The sodas and tea was great too.
I can’t wait to come back and visit again. Thanks for always being amazing.
