Every time I mentioned this option to someone, it was met with an emphatic, “YOU’VE NEVER TRIED IT?!” Maple Street Pizza Co. aims to be the best pizza in town, and peoples’ enthusiasm for it is not without good reason! The place was slammed (by our definition) so we decided it would be faster to take our order to go. We placed our order, ran an errand, and by the time we were back to pick up the pizza, the restaurant had cleared out enough to grab a seat at the counter. So we stayed and ate there instead. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We were particularly impressed with the hostess who knew how to jump in, communicate thoroughly, and take care of business. There was a slight misunderstanding with our order, but it was fixed immediately, and our food was presented to us as if we never originally intended to take it to-go.
My only criticism is the cheesy bread. It’s just cheese on dough: no extra flavor (garlic, herbs, etc.), so the marinara dip was heavily utilized. Unfortunately, the small cup we received wasn’t sufficient. The pizzas had very strong flavors. I’d almost like to see them take a “less is more” approach to some of the flavor combos. However, the menu offers many appealing options, and we’re excited to try more! Overall, for those that haven’t tried it (and don’t mind the trek to 119th & Maple) we highly recommend it!

One of the very few places in town that offers gluten free pizza crust AND dairy free cheese, which is why I frequent often. However, the pizza can be inconsistent. There was no mozzarella on my recent pizza, along with very little chicken. The chicken that was on the pizza was dry. And the crust was overcooked. These pizzas are kind of pricy and I expected more. I didn’t get a response to my email, so this review it is. Maple Street quality is hit or miss. Absolute fire when done right, but disappointing to drop $25 on a pizza that looks like this.

Drove all the way from the east side of Wichita to the west side just to try this pizza… It did not disappoint!!!! I got the jalapeno popper pizza! It is wonderful!! My daughter got the Florentine and she loved it as well!

We are thankful to have Maple Street as a food option so close. I would not just call this pizza as there is so much more. While we haven’t had a pizza we haven’t liked, we have also enjoyed their sandwiches and their Italian salad is my favorite salad in town with homemade Italian dressing and marinated olives that I can’t get enough of; sometimes I just get a salad to go. If you eat in, they even serve it with a cold fork. We love their sangria and Italian sodas and love that they take their kids meals seriously. Our daughter adores their cheese pizza. Very nit picky would be because this is a local family and not cookie cutter big business there are times we got the cheese bread and had no cheese or maybe the olives were standard and not marinated, but it doesn’t stop us and we highly recommend everyone give them a try (especially during happy hour!).

Maple Street Pizza is our go to spot. Their food is unmatched! The service is always excellent, and the restaurant is always clean and well maintained. We dream about their garlic knots! This is a bi-weekly go to spot for us and we recommend it to everyone. I’d attach a photo of our food but we always eat it too fast.

Looking for a unique pizza dinner, look no further than here! We came here on a Wednesday night at 6pm and it was busy but we only waited a few minutes to be sat.
I ordered the blackberry Italian soda and it was divine! Perfectly sweet and creamy almost drank it all before my pizza arrived. I chose the Nicky Santoro and am so glad that I did! The flavors were wonderful together, the crust was doughy and crispy. The12 inch is the perfect size for 2 people to share.
Enjoyed every bite, highly recommended trying them out!

Order ready at stated time, order was correct and looked amazing, which is sometimes an easy corner to cut on take out. This was our first experience and it was outstanding!! Garlic Knots are the right mix of crispy and doughy and marinara was an awesome complement. The Kevin McCallister and Popper both were hitters. Cheese Pizzas offer little to hide behind and this one deserves the spot light. Amazing crispy crust with a good chew and a great blend of sauce to cheese. The Popper, was just perfection.

This place is wonderful hidden gem. The classic pepperoni is very well done. The crust is delightful and crispy. The cheesy bread is a must-try, but you’ll need another extra side of marinara sauce, which also has a nice flavor to it. The Italian salad was fresh and the dressing was amazing. I definitely recommend coming here and trying as many pies as possible. Also, on Tuesdays they have $10 single topping pies!
