From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast and lunch, we set out to handcraft meaningful meals that will leave you full, fulfilled, and inspired.
We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and to always hand-bread our chicken. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

Love this place, came here with my daughter for breakfast, ate every bit of my food. So awesome delicious.
Great place for just individuals or groups, parking is cool, the store environment is very nice.
Staff here are friendly. Will surely come back for more. This place is worth the drive!

Visited Maple Street Biscuit Company with the family to celebrate a birthday. I’m not sure I understand what makes this place stand out. As we parked there were two separate homeless folks camped out, one with their full cart huddled by the bushes and another full cart by the entry door- that person was not visible. Upon entering the restaurant they hide the menus in the corner, so much so that the cashier has to verbally announce to each group entering where to find the menus.
I ordered their version of chicken & waffles with an orange juice. The chicken was dry and very small proportions to the waffle. With only 3 small peices there wasn’t enough to enjoy a chicken bite with all of the waffle. They take pride in their orange juice, charging $5.99 for a regular cup of it.
Wait times varied for our party of 8. Some as little as 5-6 minutes and our last persons order of 2 waffles took so long that the rest of the party was done eating. They were not overly busy and seemed to be well staffed. The employees did not in any way go beyond calling your name to make you feel welcomed or appreciated.
I don’t see any reason to revisit this location. You would get a better experience and value at many of the fast food options or a sit down like First Watch just up the road.

Our last day in Chattanooga, we decided to find a breakfast place. We wanted semi traditional, but unique, and filling. 5 stars all the way.
The far plate is a traditional breakfast with sausage gravy. Everything was very fresh.
The closer plate is one of their more popular biscuit sandwiches with mushroom gravy. Now, this isn’t a sandwich you can eat with your hands, but holy cow was it delicious. This is the best mushroom gravy I’ve had in a long time.
If you’re visiting and need a breakfast place, come give them a try. You won’t be sorry.

We love going to MSBC! Had the five and dime this time with the spicy sausage gravy and it was great! Kids had waffle meals and they are always a winner! Everything was awesome. This location is gigantic inside! Staff is super friendly and the food came out quick considering!

One word- ick. Maybe it was the location but the people were not helpful, food was bland, chicken tasted like the frozen kind, gravy made the dish look unappealing (like cat vomit) and didn’t really have a taste.
Parking was plentiful just like the homeless people and garbage smell.
We will try another location to give the company a fair shot but we will not return here.

I have ate at MSBC for several years now. I enjoy the Sticky Maple nearly every single time. The staff are always polite and hardworking. On an interesting note, The customers also were stealing coffee and over time the restaurant figured out the honor system and honesty is not currently practiced. They used to display their mugs for “paying” customers to enjoy. All because their parents didn’t raise their children with proper manners and integrity.

It was Ok. I had the power bowl. Eggs, bacon, avocado, spinach ( I think). It’s not always true that the sum of something is greater than it’s parts. Not bad, just not special either. We fix something similar at home on real sourdough that is absolutely spectacular. The way they put the plates on the counter and yell your name is not ideal. It’s very hard to actually understand the name they’re calling and so people are going up and looking at the food and touching and inspecting the plare to see if it’s theirs or not. The staff doesn’t stay there and check your ticket and make sure that the right people are getting the right food. Not great. Otherwise the restaurant was nice and clean and the employees were nice for the little interaction I had with them.

Three of us met for breakfast this morning. Two of us ordered the keto bowl and one had eggs, bacon and biscuit. I’m never disappointed with the service. The food was good…i’ve had some wow factor lately so I couldn’t give it five ***** but it was good.
Coffee is always excellent.
I was there waiting for my service at Pepboy. I wouldn’t recommend them. I’ll do a separate review later.

So thanks to a good Samaritan. We are actually able to order breakfast, but everybody be warned. This is right off of I 75 and right around the Hamilton Place mall area. For some bizarre reason they don’t break change over 100 but for three people to eat breakfast it’s like $50. So just make sure that you bring your credit card since there’s truly no reason for that I’ve been a restaurant manager and I wouldn’t really really not want anyone to go through this. The only reason we were able to order food is because the person behind us had changed for $100 so the restaurant couldn’t provide but a citizen could. So that shows y’all you need to know make your own decisions. I’m standing right here writing the review so if the GM sees this, I’m not doing this out of malice, and will be able to tell if you take it down or try to modify it. You should put a gigantic sign on your door that says we only accept money up to $100 like in neon.

Delicious food! Everyone at my table enjoyed their breakfast. Orange juice was sweet and very tasty. They didn’t label the two hot drinks we ordered, so we had to sip and decipher which was which. My latte came out a little on the lukewarm side.
