I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and I still love it just as much as the first day I visited. My go-to order is the chicken and waffles with a chai latte, and it never disappoints.

The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the manager, Walter, really stands out — he’s welcoming and makes sure customers feel taken care of. The team is great about checking that orders are correct and keeping you informed about wait times.

The line is usually short, and on average I wait around 10 minutes for my food. Even during busy times, the wait is typically 30 minutes or less, and they make sure to let you know beforehand and check in, which I really appreciate.

This is a great brunch spot if you’re looking for something chill and relaxing. It works well for family, friends, or even a solo meal in a comfortable, family-oriented environment that isn’t overly noisy. Pricing is fair too — I usually spend under $20 for a full meal that keeps me full for hours.

Highly recommend if you want good food, great service, and a laid-back brunch experience!

Place is nice and new. The staff was exactly too welcoming, but the food was great! The over medium eggs are incredible, the bacon is crispy and the sausage is flavorful. The biscuits are obviously great, and the jam is sweet and feels home made.

We went for my hubby’s birthday, but I didn’t know it wasn’t a waiter served restaurant. Nonetheless, I really like the food! The waffles are crispy, the five dime taco was a bit messy to eat, but delicious! The grits were great and the orange juice is fresh squeezed.
You order at the counter and if you choose to dine in, they will bring your food to you. The food was very fresh and nice. I now prefer this place over First Watch.

A great place that excels at doing the simple things exceptionally well. They had made their biscuits in full view, right behind the ordering counter. Seeing this straight away is an excellent reminder that, while it feels like a big franchise when you enter, it’s more about ensuring their star product shines, and that’s the biscuits. I loved the medium roast coffee they offer; it has a hint of maple that is a delightful surprise with each sip.

Found this spot some time last year and ordered food and had someone pick it up for me. It was good but not like order in good. So when my friend called and said “let’s meet for breakfast ” I said ohh I know a spot. We got there right at 7:05am (the day before Thanksgiving)

Food was good and fresh. And the Chai Latte was everything!

First time dining here and must say we really enjoyed it. I had the Hash bowl with a biscuit on the side and it was pretty good. Only thing it didn’t have enough bacon for me. We also ordered the chicken biscuit and chicken and waffles which was good as well. My daughter said the chicken was seasoned and fried just right. Now let’s talk about that biscuit. As someone who makes homemade biscuits (so am a little picky when it comes to biscuits) I really enjoyed the biscuit. It had a crisp topping but the inside was super soft and moist. That apple butter was perfect with it as it just melted in your mouth. I will definitely be back. As always see for your self.

First time at this location. You order with the cashier by the entrance door and they will call you when your order is ready. Staff was friendly, but service was very slow. Food tasted very good and flavorful. Orange juice was sweet and fresh.

It was our first time trying Maple Street Biscuit Company, and we were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, we didn’t have a good first experience.

Our food took about 35 minutes to come out, and we noticed other customers who arrived after us received their meals much sooner. When we brought up the concern to an employee, the response was simply, “we have a lot of DoorDash orders,” with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay.

The food itself was okay, but the iced caramel latte was disappointing — it tasted mostly like milk and didn’t seem to have any espresso in it. Overall, the service and experience fell short of expectations, and I don’t think we’ll be returning. We hope the service improves in the future.

My husband loves chicken and waffles, but had never tried this spot, so I surprised him with an order on the morning of Friday, November 14, 2025. The food was so good he asked for it again for lunch, and yes, I went back and got it for him. Honestly, the food alone is an easy 5 stars.

However… the customer service is another story.

There’s a white guy at the front with tattoos on his right hand, and his attitude is consistently terrible. When I picked up the morning order, I brushed it off thinking maybe he just wasn’t a morning person. But when I returned later that same day? Same sour, miserable attitude.

Then today, Saturday, November 15, 2025, my husband went to grab some for himself on his way to work and came home complaining about a rude guy that took his order. The moment he said “tattoos,” I knew exactly who he meant. If both of us had the exact same negative encounter on separate days, it’s clear this employee just hates his job and wants everyone to know it.

Great food, but that guy’s attitude drags the experience down every single time. If management cares, they should address it, because the kitchen is doing amazing work and the front counter shouldn’t be ruining the vibe.
