Improving communication skills, maintaining a courteous demeanor, and adhering to service expectations would benefit the guest experience and the team… I am writing to express concern regarding the conduct of one of the servers during our recent visit. The waitress declined to serve us and spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner, both to our table and to other customers. Dena was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and our drinks were never empty. She had a great attitude, was quick with a smile, and really made the whole experience enjoyable. Service like hers is the reason people come back. If you’re at Hooters, ask for Dena top-tier service all the way!

I stopped by Hooters yesterday and had Cameron as my waitress—she was absolutely amazing! From the moment she greeted me, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She checked on me at all the right times without ever being pushy, and she really made the experience enjoyable.
The food came out fast, drinks were always full, and her energy and personality gave the whole visit a great vibe. You can tell she really cares about her customers and loves what she does.
Huge shout-out to Cameron—if you stop by, definitely ask for her!

We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in at 9:30 at night from a long day at state wrestling tournament. We decided to sit at the bar and Meredith was also ready with a friendly personality and a smile. They let me try the Caesar dressing before I ordered since I’m picky and they served it on a plate with some celery to dip it in. She chatted with us while we waited for our food and they happily put the Olympics on a tv for us. My husband nor I have been in a hooters in about 15 years and wish we lived closer to one. The food was phenomenal. We are still talk about it days later.

I ordered a 20 piece from doordash half lemon pepper and half honey BBQ one ranch and one blue cheese.
Lemon Pepper with blue cheese for me.
Wings arrived
No blue cheese. I don’t like ranch.

Came in yesterday night with my husband & daughter. We arrived around 6:30, & was immediately seated. Server (aria I think) took 15 mins to take our drink order & 30 more mins to take our food order & seemed to be in a rush. She never even came back to check on us or let us know our food would take long. A table that came in after us, had their food & was done eating by the time our appetizers came out, which they were cold. Finally our wings came out after over an hour of us being there & the whole order was wrong. The wings were dry & cold. Essentially we walked out & left food untouched on table. By that time it was about 8:30pm & we had to find somewhere else to go eat. WILL NOT BE BACK.

I have so many reasons on why not to come over here but here we go….
I’d like to start off on how bad the service was. Our waitress wasn’t bad but man she can’t do her job. She was constantly going to other tables even tho we had the most orders. Like aren’t you there to make a buck? Cater me before going to the same person that’s on the same beer for the past 5 hours.
Cooks look like they didn’t want to do their jobs. There was only one cook that actually did his job. But even then he looked like he was ready to go.
And the food…. man….. I got 10 piece wings , medium, I repeat, medium. The wings looked like they were dipped in butter and fried.
And man let me tell you about that sorry manager that was there. Short guy didn’t even look like he wanted to be there. Only hung with the only people that was there to watch football. I mean you can’t help the waitresses out and fulfill the orders we’ve been waiting for an hour? He kept going back to serve more beer for the guys that was there to watch football.
Maybe I’m just thinking and maybe I’ve should have went another day, but I can see why majority of hooters are closing down. Definitely need to step up.
