My husband and I have been coming here for years. Relaxing ambience, attentive service, and flavorful food. We’ve tried many dishes, but our favorites are the samosa appetizer, garlic naan, and chicken korma. Medium spice is perfect and doesn’t overpower the food’s taste. If you don’t like spicy like we do, order mild (not really spicy at all).

I absolutely love this restaurant. Every dish I have ever had here has been beautifully plated and delicious. It is upscale dining but with a fast food price tag, doesn’t get much better than that! I also love how I can go for a quick bite at lunch or for a longer fancy meal at dinner, great variety! My family and I will be returning whenever we are in the area.

Decided to check this place out for a friend’s birthday dinner! At first glance, the interior was nice and displayed an elegant atmosphere. We ordered cocktails to cheer – the gin drink was a bit too sweet, but the pomegranate cosmopolitan tasted amazing! Drinks took a bit longer to come to our table, but we were able to munch on some appetizers such as samosas, chicken lollipops (came in a cute bicycle basket) and let’s chaat. All tasted great!

One of the few Indian buffets remaining in the area. Mantra has a good spread in a relaxed and spacious atmosphere. The tandoori chicken was especially good, white meat that is juicy and flavorful.

When I entered I was not quite welcomed properly. On top of that when I ordered a version of tandoori paneer tikka I only hot three pieces of panned with a piece of green pepper and a piece of onion for like 10.95. Along with 4 to 5 dollars for just tandoori naan and tax included it was 16.95. I could have gotten two lunches and two dinners with papa johns for just 14.91. And on top of it as I forgot first and foremost the menu was not as I looked up online and I asked about chili paneer and they said they don’t serve indo chinese and I asked about the menu and the person said that it is a old website if I wanted to do order online to choose from the current menu. I said sorry I did not know that. This is not a restaurant I am going back to or recommend anyone to go for the first time or back again.

This is the Best restaurant in Bergen county. We ordered chicken tikka Masala, lamb chop and naan. Chicken was so juicy and tender, lamb chop was grilled at perfect temperature that it was a bit crusty outside but very flavorful and soft inside. We love this restaurant!!! Please come try their food!!!

This place is located in a strip mall. The staff is very nice and helped explain the menu and gave me good recommendations .The food is very good. The spices ,and herbs the flavor is on point. I ordered the cheese and garlic Naan which came hot to the table and was full of flavor that was excellent. Very pleased with everything next time I gotta try some spicy things.

People were good, no complaints…food, if you are from subcontinent, I won’t recommend. Don’t order kababs, they give you frozen ones with fancy names….thats what I got….chicken kohlapuri had colors added…no no….at least im disappointed…..nothing is Indian in Indian food. …People were good….but I went tgere for food….I would give 4.5 for staff but minus 1 for food.
