Supremely disappointing. I don’t normally eat at Arby’s but this location guaranteed that I won’t be eating this crap again. I don’t know if the worker who made this just didn’t care or if it’s an inferior product. Even if they paid me money to eat here I’d probably pass. Loaded Italian sub was sloppily made and just was a mess. The beef and cheddar was also just off. I did give 2 stars for service because my food was made quickly on an online order but maybe they should take more time and care to prepare the food. Easily the worst fast food experience I’ve had in awhile. Buyer beware!!!

Well, if they have the “meats” then they are keeping them for themselves. My French dip this past Tuesday was so short on roast beef that I had to share. So disappointing after a 25 minute wait for the sandwich. Complete disaster on all counts except dining room was clean. Oh well. Don’t eat here, they are on some kind of cheat the customer to stretch profits plan.

The soda machine was absolutely disgusting looking like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. We got there as they just opened, and the floors were sticky, the sofa machine dispensed soda but then wouldnt turn off, and they no ice. Once I noticed how nasty the soda machine looked, I felt sick to my stomach.

My family and I spent to much money for a burger that was still pink in the middle, they completely forgot the french fries and their chicken was so overcooked My daughter couldn’t bite through it. They gave us mozzarella sticks instead of the Hot poppers we asked for and when we did get the fries they were so overcooked you could barely bite through them. When we went up to the counter to let them know that our order was wrong they rolled their eyes and gave us a bunch of attitude. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Food is decent, but the interior is very classic 90s. Lots of beige tile. Counter service was patient while my child decided what to order. Will go again.

Always good service and food. Noted on our last visit (8/17) the layer of gross dust and trash in the dining room. Definitely should free up a staff member to clean more than the just the tables.

Wow, stopped going to Arby’s since they stopped making potato cakes, just went again, they have great new types of sandwiches, had a Reuben and it was great now about those fries, he asked if I wanted krinkle or curly and I said crinkle, I got curly, well they are not the potato cakes but they were not bad.
Oh, that’s horsy sauce another of my Arby’s favorites unfortunately I do not have a Arby’s close to us anymore since the downtown Renton store closed but I can stop at one in my many travels.

I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in a long time. Last time I immediately puked after eating a sandwich (Basic Arby’s roast beef sandwich w/horse sauce). Sandwich tasted and smelled like it had been there longer than it should have. Today was the 1st time I’ve gone and ordered. Didn’t puke this time but I surely didn’t feel satisfied..
