A hidden jem honestly. It might seems like a cliche but the best egg and cheese sandwich I had ever. The latte was smooth with the coffee flavor coming at the end. I see they have also different pastries I’m definitely coming back for another test.

Latte is creamy and smooth. The breakfast egg and turkey sandwich is from another planet. The sandwich was fresh and clean and full of flavor. The lettuce crispy and not old, the bread was obviously freshly baked and toasted to perfection. I’ve been back twice, and I have not been disappointed. If you’re looking for good, clean, healthy sandwiches this is the place for you.

My bulgogi sandwich with a side of fries was delicious. I meant to take the picture first but i basically devoured, the first have of my sandwich. It comes with grilled onions, lettuce, Swiss, bulgogi beef on fresh bakery bread. $9.50. Fries are extra but a perfect portion for a bag of chips substitute. This was my first time and the staff was super polite and patient as I was trying to decide and has a great recommendation. Also had a small cup of jasmine tea…delicious. It’s a local cafe, with fresh bake goods on display and clean seating.

Quaint bakery and eatery. The bake goods look amazing and smell better. The bingsoo was the perfect refreshment and was larger than I expected. This is a spot to hang out and catch up with friends or get some work done since there is free wifi.

I ordered a Melon bread and a hot taro milk tea. The bread isn’t exactly like the Japanese style melon bread, but it’s still pretty good and I like it.

I usually go to Breeze Bakery but I decided to give Manoa a try. I was delightfully surprised. It was a hot day and their AC was good. Food and drinks were great. Some places miss the essence of what the drinks are supposed to be but Manoa stuck the landing in my opinion. Shaved ice was good. Cakes are a mystery as I haven’t tried them yet. Will taste when I get home. The place is spacious without looking empty. Music isn’t overly loud. There is an outside area that is covered as well. They have regular snacks too that you’d buy in an international market too. I’ll visit again.

Nice Korean Cafe, open late. Can get busy at the weirdest times. Decent coffee – the draw is the baked goods. Those familiar with Korean and Japanese Cafes ought be quite happy and familiar with the offerings. Also, creme cakes, rolls, bingsoo, and sandwiches

Bingsoo – black sesame & strawberry were good, but there was a lack of condensed milk so it felt like so you would get spoonfuls of just ice without a lot of flavor when you run out of black sesame/condensed milk to pair it with could’ve done with a bit more. The coffee bingsoo seemed to have a good amount of condensed milk though! Same with the mango (although the mango pieces taste like canned mango)

manoa bakery has some of the best bingsoo i’ve ever had. they are very generous with the toppings and i love the scoop ice cream on top. my mother and i ordered the red bean bingsoo and the mango bingsoo. the mango was super fresh and fruity but the red bean was the star of the show. this place had a super cute vibe and the staff was super nice. would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a delicious refreshing dessert.
