I have been eating here since 1985, I used to deliver pizzas for previous owners in 1999. I buy a veal parm every week. Went in today and they burned the sub that I waited 20 minutes for and I asked to have the burned sub for my dog to eat. They threw it in the trash instead after screwing up and wasting my time. Ill never go back again. Look at my reives I give a lot of 3 and I stars, so when give a 1 star rating I promise they suck. Marathon deli just opened up next door and Im about ti try them out!

Been here several times to get the update(3/12/23): got 4 subs and they got the order perfect. The subs were good and not greasy. Everyone was happy with their subs. Got the fries, and still think the qty for the price is a rip off, but the subs were good, soo i’ll return just for the sub. One star added: 4/5

This visit we ordered the usual subs and a Large fries ($4.75) and what we got was a small pitiful serving to be considered a large and for almost $5!!! Subs were not a good this time either.Time to look for another sub shop….

I ordered from here because it’s in my neighborhood and was convenient. I ordered a small Manny’s Pizza and mozzarella sticks. I was disappointed that the pizza was on a pre-made/pre-baked dough—like the one you get at the grocery store flat and you just add toppings and put in the oven. The dough was not fresh or hand-tossed. And the sausage on the pizza tasted like breakfast sausage. The mozzarella sticks were good, but cold (cheese was not stretchy). On the fence whether I would return or not.

I’ve eaten here a few times but only the pizza. But the past 2 day’s I’ve tried 2 different items. Their spaghetti and meatballs as well as the chicken parmesan. And wow super delicious I personally think the chicken parmesan is better. It’s my new favorite. Now moving on from the food the workers are super nice and always smile at customers. So that’s nice. This location will be my new lunch spot.

So, in my continuous search for that one perfect steak and cheese in the DMV, Manny’s has definitely started to make me reconsider my ranking of all the others. Perfectly fresh, nicely toasted bread. A good amount of condiments. The steak’s flavor was on point, and the portion was great. You have to get the fries; they are amazingly flavorful and perfectly crisp. The owner is very welcoming. Can’t wait to try more things. Also, some of the best pizza I’ve had in the area.

Pizza was great. Staff was awesome too! Didn’t know that they closed at 9, and it was 8:45 when I called. When I got there and saw the hours on the door, I felt bad for ordering so close to closing time. The staff treated me no different, though! Pizza and fries were so good, and I’ll definitely be back!
